전체적으로 장기투숙에는 중국에서 이만한곳이 없습니다. 단 조금 오래되다보니 높은곳이나 구석에는 먼지들이 좀있네요..주방기기세탁기등도 다있어서 좋았구요..친절하고요..매번여기묵습니다

가족들과 다같이 항저우 여행하면서 아기가 둘이있어 레이던스형 호텔을 선택하게되었지만 신관이 아닌 구관으로 방을 배정받아서 모든 시설이 너무 오래되고 낡아 있었다. 처음 배정받은 방은 담배냄새로 가득해서 공기가 탁하고 아기들과 묵을 수 없어서 방교체 요청을 하였고 프론트에서 방을 더 업그레이드 해서 바꿔주었다.직원들은 모두 친절했다. 아침조식에 대한 평이 좋아서 기대했는데 북타워와 남타워의 조식이 다른건지 나는 남타워(구관)에 묵었는데 후기와 다르게 너무 조촐한 조식이 나와서 먹은것은 빵과 커피뿐이었다(갯수도 적고 막상 손이가는 음식이 없었다) 돈을 내고 추가조식을 먹을바에 밖에서 햄버거를 사먹는편이 나았을것같다. 위치는 띠디를 불러 다니기 편했고 기사들도 호텔을 한번에 잘 찾아왔으며 편의시설이 주변에 다있어서 편했다. 남타워(구관)의 시설에 좀 더 신경쓴다면 여행객들은 만족할 것이다.

We stayed at two-bedroom suite at the Oakwood for four nights and it was clean and well maintained. There are restaurants, convenience store, and health&beauty shop on the first floor or the building so it was very convenient. However, from the lake it's 3 km away and other than first floor of the building there is not much thing around the hotel.

시내에있어 주변 접근성이 용이했고..깨끗한 침실과 욕실..주변환경도 깔끔..무엇보다 간단한 식사와 간식이 가능한 주방과 깨끗한 주방용품들이 좋았음..단기보다는 장기간 여행 혹은 출장시 매우 적합한 호텔..전체적으로 좋고 만족했음.

방도 깨끗한 편이고 넓었습니다. 아침 조식도 다른 특급호텔과 비교했을때도 나쁘지 않았습니다. Residence라서 그런지 느낌에는 장기투숙자들도 있는 것 같고... 주변은 제가 확인해보지 않았기에 뭐라고 말씀을 못 드릴것 같습니다.

차를 이용한 여행이어서 서호랑 조금 떨어진 것은 전혀 문제가 안되었고 가족과 이용하기에 무척 만족했던 여행. 주방 시설도 만족할만 했고 침실과 화장실 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 객실 청소 서비스 하는 아주머니가 부엌에 남겨둔 큰 설겆이 그릇들도 다 마무리 청소해 놓으셔서 감동.. 가까이 큰 마트도 있어 장보기도 쉬웠고 모든 것이 기대 이상이었던 호텔.

The room and facilities of this residence was excellent! The manager of this residence introduced me to my room personally when I checked in, and also recieved a welcoming beverage and snack. All the staff I met spoke English, and they were very kind. There is a small shopping mall in the first floor, so it is convenient to find what you need. I only stayed one night this time, but if I need to stay in Hangzhou again, this residence will be one of my top choices. Very recommended for business travers, and not bad for tourists as well.
