샹그릴라 첸탄, 상하이

출장 중 3일 숙박했다. 모든 것이 좋았다. 다만, 방에 베어있던 담배 냄새는 좀 거슬리는 부분이다. 왠지 수건에서도 냄새가 나는 것 같고 흡연자에 대한 관리는 필요한 것 같다.

제 방은 호텔스 닷컴 리워드 사용한 방이어서 그런지 같은 방으로 예약한 두 사람에 비해서 등급이 낮은 방이 배치 되었습니다. 어메니티도 같은 돈으로 예약한 두 사람은 록시땅이었는데 저는 아니었고, 세면대에 로션도 없고 비누만 있었습니다. 리워드 사용으로 이런 차별은 처음인 것 같습니다. 기분이 좋지 않았고 조식도 호텔 등급에 비해 별로 였습니다. 다양하지 않습니다.

근처공연장에서 공연보려고 예약했는데 진짜 객실 쾌적하고 조식 맛있고 깨끗하고 근처에 대형쇼핑몰 두개에 바로옆건물지하에 블루보틀 세븐일레븐 등등 다있습니다 강추강추. 객실안에 정수기있어서 물 안사도 되는점이 좋았어요 객실 화장실 바닥도 뜨끈뜨끈해서 안춥고, 어메니티 록시땅입니다

清潔感もあり、朝食ビュッフェも最高で、大満足でした。スタッフの方が、もう少し英語ができるとありがたいなとは、思いました。

The front desk didn’t give me the room I booked even I showed them the original order.

The location is superb! Close to subway and lots of dining and shopping

Friendly staff, good amenities, close to the metro, and had large selection for breakfast. Our room smelled of cigarettes and had cookie crumbs on the couch.

Had a couple issues initially but was resolved swiftly and beyond expectations were met. This hotel is sooooo beautiful. I would go as far to say probably the best hotel I have ever stayed! Yes it’s not in the main centre with the attractions but the service but the metro is 5 minutes away and a choice of 3 lines will get you into the tourist areas. The aesthetics of this hotel makes it all worthwhile and at a fraction of what you would pay if staying in Jing’An or the financial centre.

Helpful staff nice clean new property

This hotel fell far below expectations given its reputation. I arrived early in the morning and asked if early check-in was possible. I was told it was, so I came back at the given time, only to be told it wasn’t available, and I ended up waiting over an hour. When I returned from outside later, I found an apology note and some fruit in the room, presumably as compensation for the inconvenience. However, I noticed dust on the fruit, which was disappointing. The next morning at the breakfast buffet, a guide directed me to a table, so I placed my room key and belongings there and went to get food. When I returned, someone else was sitting at my table. I called a server, who moved the person to another table. However, when I went to get more food and came back, the same person was sitting there again. I had to ask the server once more to resolve the situation, and this happened repeatedly, making it difficult to eat in peace. Additionally, the staff placed a food waste container next to my table. I asked them to move it elsewhere, but they ignored me. I cannot understand how this hotel holds such a prestigious name. It was dirty, poorly managed, and lacked basic courtesy. What’s the point of being in a good location if the service and experience are this terrible? I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
