Good location and good service

愉快而且受尊敬！ 可惜香宫的菜单上的大闸蟹，现场没有供应，扑了个空

Was a quiet location, check in was easy, staff were friendly. However i ordered bolognese, they brought out spaghetti without the bolognese sauce, once i was done eating they brought out the bolognese sauce with the mince meat.... was quite an odd experience. I didnt know how to feel about my meal. Otherwise the stay was alright, probably the better hotel in yangzhou foreigner friendly.

非常好的体验 没想过扬州还能有这么舒适的酒店，到酒店的时间比较晚 ，直接酒店吃的晚餐很好吃美味 套房比面积的数字感官大，很有家的感觉

Overall I enjoyed my stay. There were some events during the holiday season, and the restaurant was having a long line, but the food was great. There's a small garden at the back that you can take a short walk, which is really nice.

Over my few weeks in China, this was without a doubt my favourite hotel. I had a great view. The staff were truly professional. They happily extended my checkout a couple of hours at no cost to suit my travel plans. I will go out of my way to stay here in future.

I was misleading with the previous review in this Shangri La, the reception staff was bad, I booked and paid for a room with lake view requested higher floor, but it end up the room was on the 9th floor. In China, all 5 stars hotels are strictly nonsmoking, but we found everywhere in the main lobby, the lift lobby and even inside the lift are with cigarette end?? I would never ever suggested anyone to choose for this hotel. I would never go again, I rather even prefer to stay at the Ramadan, Yangzhou.

This is a beautiful property offered at a great value. Excellent and quiet location. Two minor observations: 1) Please check that all room electrical outlets are functional, and, better, equip them for international plugs as well. 2) The breakfast buffet is nice but dishes are often cold because they are not properly covered (lid). In any case, I will gladly return to the Shangri-La on my next visit to the very pleasant city of Yangzhou, Jiangsu.

員工態度很好，酒店環境乾淨舒適，房間夠大，地點離京華城不遠，吃喝玩樂也有，算方便！ 價錢實惠，酒店內香宮環境也舒適，尤合商務用，整體值得推介

nice hotel , near shopping mall . Breakfast is good

部屋清潔、広い、アメニティー揃っている。スタッフ英語はあまり通じないが、清掃員は愛想が良い。朝食、スタッフ愛想は無いが美味い。周辺にコンビニや店、マッサージ、観光など何もない、ホテル帰れば寝るだけの淋しい場所。

服務員態度特好

非常有禮，對客細心體貼，食物水準甚佳，地理位置好，室內和室外環境優美怡人。景覌視野廣闊，客房打掃衞生是超越五星級水平，物超所值的。
