Huge hotel, great service. Right on the beach but you have to walk a bit to get to the Sandy beach part as rocks right in front of hotel. Nice spa. Bikes available for hire

The hotel is probably aiming mostly for the beachfront resort vibe. My room was huge, airy, with a great balcony, and a comfortable bed. The pool and hot tubs were nice, when they were open, but didn't care much for the restaurant quality for dinner (the Chinese place, every other similar meal in Hainan that I had was far better). Breakfast was a huge multi-cultural spread, but ran out of plates and working espresso machines on the weekend. After 10pm the pool has signs that say "closed, swim at your own risk" but they mean the first part (closed) and not that you can swim (yelled at). So, I liked it, there are some criticisms above, but it's a nice place and the weekday pricing was quite good.

well is a nice around hotel but facilities are kind of little outdated and most the food in the hotel is overprice. staff are very kind but somewhat they are working very slow.

Definitely an older resort but seems like they’re in the process of renovating it slowly. Regardless it is located right by the water and has a nice infinity pool surrounded with lush greens that makes it a comfortable get away. The breakfast was also great and had many options.

delightful stay

I HAD BOOKED THREE ROOMS FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. HOWEVER, THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO ARRANGE ROOMS TOGETHER. THIS HOTEL HAS EAST WING AND WEST WING AND THE WINGS ARE NOT CONNECTED ON SOME FLOORS. THIS IS A BIT TROUBLESOME SINCE WE HAVE KIDS. THE CHINESE RESTAURANT WAS VERY SLOW SERVING FOOD. THE BEACH WAS NOT SETUP AS THE PICTURE SHOWN. NO BEACH UMBRELLA AND CHAIR AND LIFE GUARD....

No air-cond and central maintenance is really bad with smelly air, like urine with amonia smell.（＞^＜）This is the worse one among all my SHERATON stay. No need to consider!

I came here with my partner to spend some time alone. And I think the hotel was perfect for the purpose. The room was reasonably priced, while it was comfortable and clean. The environment was peaceful and quiet to allow for plenty of time to reflect and relax. The facilities weren't wide in variety but sufficient. The hotel tried their best to provide good customer service. The English level on the whole was a bit weak, but those key points of contact were very helpful and courteous. The funny thing I found was that communication by Cantonese was a lot more smoother than with English. The speed at which the food is served in the restaurant can be a bit slow, so it is not really a place for a rush or quick bite. I think the in restaurant speed was almost the same as the room service timing. The location is far from the city and the airport, so be prepared to arrange a private driver or spend a little bit on taxis. That is why the location is good for rest and relaxation.

あいにくの雨模様の天気でしたが、部屋から眺めることのできる、プライベートビーチと海の景観はすばらしく、 これが晴れた日でしたら、さらに最高だったな　と少し残念でしたが、それでも十分に堪能できました。

沒有Wi-Fi，有線上網速度太慢，且收費高昂。床不太大，原本的海景房的海景完全被樹林遮住了，實在是不太滿意。但是早餐很豐盛，景色很漂亮。

Molto bene

Hotel is kind of run down but perhaps that is to be expected in China with so much humidity. Jade restaurant was awful. Breeze buffet was okay. Breakfast buffet are best. Pool okay, beach is pretty sad. Staff is okay. Not much English spoken. The room was very nice and comfortable and well taken care of.
