Shun Yang Hotel

Saya mengerti ini budget hotel. Tapi hotel ini sudah benar-benar jorok dan kotor. Setelah saya check-in 5 menit kemudian saya check-out karena tidak tahan mau muntah. Jorok lah intinya. Jorok jorok jorok. Setelah saya komplain ke pihak resepsionis, dia memberikan upgrade kamar dan tetap saja jorok. Kemudian saya memutuskan untuk pindah hotel insail yang lobbynya berada di lantai 1 di gedung yang sama.

The room is quite dirty not properly clean, a lot of bed bug, I was been bitten until I when to the pharmacy to buy the medicine. I stay for two night, the second day even worst that, we put the pass request the room clean up service, but when we reach the hotel, we shock that the room still remained messy, and the second night even more bed bug. This is the most worst hospitality I have been tried.

The room is too small so we open our luggages outside the room, maybe I choose wrong room, opposite my room is much more spacious. Many food near the hotel.

This hotel was very friendly on the pocket and good for those on a budget. Its location is not that bad but requires a bit of walk to subway stations. But the hotel is near convenience stores and restaurants. The room I booked, a windowless single air-conditioned room, comes with a TV and a shower room with free toiletries like soap, shampoo and toothbrush. Though I slept well, the room may feel a little bit cramped and would not be okay for bigger or claustrophobic guests. The toilet was also not flushing well and it looked like they have an issue with their drainage system. It took me literally many times before it flushed all the waste away. :( When I checked in, the blanket is crumbled (with creases and wrinkles) and the pillow does not have a case. I think the blanket was already used by the previous guest and has not been changed. I was just too tired to request for a new one. However, the staff was helpful even though she does not speak English. She uses an app in her mobile phone to communicate with me. The hotel also lets you leave your luggage in the lounge area. There was also free water available.

The staff are very helpful. Although the room is a bit small but worth for the price that paying.

Kamarnya lumayan bersih untuk harganya yang terjangkau. Hanya saja wc agak tersumbat, saat mandi air tidak bisa keluar dengan lancar jadinya banjir di dalam wc. Dan kamar jadi becek karena air mandinya.
