전반적으로 크고 깔끔하고 참 좋았어요 조용하고 별도 욕실이 아니라 침대랑 같이 방 한가운데 원형 욕조가 있는걸 사진 보고 이미 알고 있었어도 약간 새롭고 쇼킹했네요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ반신욕 하고 나면 방안에 전부 습기차는게 아닌가 했는데 그런 느낌은 없었고... 중간에 천막 커튼을 칠 수 있어요 어쨌든 커튼이 없는것보다야 낫겠죠.. 비싸긴 했지만 참 편하고 현대적이면서 말끔한 숙박이었습니다 지하철 역에서 이동했는데 이때가 여름이어서 캐리어 끌고 호텔까지 걷는데 그부분은 참 고역이었어요 매캐한 연기 가득한 도로 옆에 작은 인도..더운날은 역시 택시 타는게 낫다고 봅니다;; 조식은 뭔가 가짓수가 많고 이용하는 사람도 많았어요 아 그리고 중국은 기본적으로 바이두 맵으로 호텔 위치 다시 확인하고 검색해 가시는것 잊지 마세요 구글지도와 실제 위치는 정말 다릅니다~!

Fint och trevligt hotell

The room was amazing and spacious and the hotel was marvelous. Definitely coming back!

Clean and modern

5泊滞在しました。水回りの設備が相当古く気持ち悪かった。シーツなどは3泊目に交換でした。 5星ホテルではないと思いました。

Worst experience i had with an hotel. Had left a watch in the hotel room after i checked out. It was quite an expensive watch and I Called them to request to find the watch but they said they couldnt find it. I am very sure i had left it beside the bedside table. However, they just simply said they are not able to find it and no investigation done. It was highly likely taken by the housekeeping staff since no one else had been to the room. They simply told me to report to police if I think it was stolen. This is an integrity issue from the hotel staff. Very terrible service from accor group of hotel. Had always stayed with accor group but this is the first time to encounter such incident. Had also tried to email them but did not get an answer. Hope they will revert to me and get an satisfactory answer.

The hotel is a bit outdated with some marks on the wall of rooms. The lighting control panel is not fully fuctional too

The hotel is nice and the staff are kind, always trying to help, but communication can be difficult since very few of them speak english. Compared to Shanghai, it was noticeable that much less english is spoken in the city. Location is not the most convenien: going to the Forbidden City or joining a Great Wall tour always required taking a taxi. One thing to note is that the hotel feels a bit less organized than others I’ve stayed in. For example, during our stay the city went into a sort of lockdown due to rehearsals for the Chinese military parade, but the hotel gave no prior notice and reception did not provide clear answers. We even had a guard on our very floor and none one told us. Overall, friendly service but with room for improvement in organization and communication.

The hotel is a bit dated and location wise not as convenient as others which have connecting malls, with the same price range. Can see torn wall papers and scratched bed frame. The round sofa was far from comfortable.

It was my first time back in Beijing after more than two decades, and Sofitel made it extremely comfortable. A free room upgrade to a higher floor, great room (with Lanvin amenities), friendly staff and very well stocked gym with techno gym equipment, I was set for a great stay. However a couple of things to note, 1. while it is within walking distance from the metro station, there wasn't much in the area. 2. Google maps doesn't work in China, so finding the hotel using Google maps can be slightly tricky because the hotel's signage is quite low key. 3. From a safety perspective, I left weights that didn't have a proper storage spot on the floor. However, a gym staff who came by to tidy up the gym moved it to any open spot on the rack, and told me to stack it. While I followed the ask, I wouldn't recommend it as it has a higher risk of falling and landing on someone's feet. Also, having weights randomly placed on the rack makes it look really messy.

Good location. Can get noisy with the other guests
