생일이라 케이크 보내줬어요 넘 감동이었네요

조식 부페레스토랑 음식이 별로ᆢ 계란 오믈렛등은 맛이 없기가 쉽지 않은데 너무 맛이 없었고 1층 로비화장실 시설은 좋았으나 위생관리가 엉망이어서 냄새가 나는 등 5성급 호텔에 어울리지 않았음 단,벨데스크 직원들은 친절하고 좋았습니다

방 너무 넓어요ㅎㅎ 조식도 괜찮네요. 가성비 너무 좋은 호텔. 욕실은 정말 넓은데 샤워실 자체는 많이 좁아요. 비데 없는 것도 아쉽. 수영장은 편히 몸담그는 형태가 아니라 경주용(?)이라 좀 아쉬웠네요ㅎ

시설은 최상급으로 깨끗합니다. 직원들은 데스크직원외에 영어가 되지 않습니다. 룸서비스 / 직원호출 시 의사전달이 잘 되지 않을 수 있습니다. 체크인시 정보가 누락되어, 두번 체크인 하는 경우가 있었습니다. 직원들이 미숙하여, 실수 하는경우가 있으니, 체크인을 하였더라도, 체크 아웃 날짜 및 인원등 재확인 할 필요가 있습니다.

시설과 청결드는 최상입니다 직원들이 미숙해서 체크인을두번한다든지 룸서비스시키지않은게 나온다든지하는 일이 있었고 동행한다른 직원은 체크인하고 처음 문이 안열려서 고생했습니다 카운터외에 직원들은 영어가 되지않습니다

중국호텔에서 맘에드는 조식 중 한곳입니다. 왠만한것 다 먹을만 하고 면요리 주문하면 해주시는데 아침에 해장으로도 좋습니다. 방은 중국호텔답게 넓은 편이고요. 대신 모던한 호텔이라.. 샤워실이 침대에서 보일수 있어요. 친한사람이라도 같이 쓰기엔 좀 민망할수 있을듯해요. 깨끗한 편이고 담에 또 갈만하다고 느낍니다.

깨끗한 객실과 편리한 교통. 다만 카운터 직원들의 일처리가 느리고, 이슈 발생 시 대응이 늦어서 아쉽습니다.

늦게 체크인을 하였는데, 많은 외국인들이 체크인을 하고 있었다. 객실의 사이즈는 충분히 넓었고, 청결도 또한 좋았다. 욕실도 넓고 시설도 잘 되어있었다.

It was great experience to stay in Guangzhou, Sofitel... Very spacious room with very kind staff assistance.. especially a luggage service.. I strongly recommend for foreign business traveller to stay in Guangzhou..

Overall, we had an okay experience. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel upgraded two of our three rooms, which we appreciated. However, we were overcharged for an extra beer and had to request a refund. After several rounds of communication, the hotel asked us to email them the necessary information so they could process the refund. We have since provided the requested details and are currently waiting for the refund to be issued. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom setup. It was missing a bathroom door, resulting in very little privacy. My sister initially thought something was missing or malfunctioning and contacted the front desk for assistance. The staff responded promptly and came to the room, but their solution was to cover the opening with a piece of black plastic to provide privacy. While we appreciated their quick response, this was a very unusual situation and not what we would expect from a five-star hotel.

The room service staff had initiative to provide more bottles of water based on their observations. Shower head and rain shower water flow and pressure is very bad. But the bathtub and shower head at bathtub is well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sofitel. The hotel felt very luxurious and the location is very convenient. Staffs are nice, knowledgeable and willing to help. The swimming pool is also very good

A decent stay, nice spacious rooms in good condition. Beds are horrifically hard however, took sleeping on a lot of duvets to get a semi decent night's sleep, so unless you like a very firm bed, this may not be the comfort you're looking for. Lounge is OK, but food options are very limited and drinks only 5:30-7:30pm daily. Late checkout is a really nice bonus of suites / club rooms and the price was good! Next time I'll seek out somewhere with a softer bed, however.

Massive rooms, good location, friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was not worth it though, cold tasteless food

Ottima struttura, ottima posizione, ma purtroppo hompreso una intossicazione alimentare presso il ristorante al secondo piano mangiando solo pesce crudo e sushi, sono stato in ospedale con tanto di ricovero e referto, oltre a tre giorni chiuso in camera, ma purtroppo la struttura non mi ha riconosciuto nulla se non offerta a cena di cui ho preso l’ intossicazione….oltre il danno anche la beffa….non mi aspettavo questo da un hotel cosi importane….neanche una notte omaggiata giusto x un contentino……Peccato…
