Great hotel and customer service.

Probably the best hotel in Xining. Nice building and good rooms. Good gym, yoga, ping pong and billiard rooms. Excellent service, all requests are fulfilled within minutes.

This was the best hotel ive stayed in for the price range.

Not enough western choices of food in the breakfast restaurant

We booked executive rooms, but nobody informed us that club lounge is not open before our arrival date.

用住宿换了一晚，宽敞舒适，带浴缸，各方面都非常好。早餐非常丰盛。如果有不足，就是没有智能马桶。

Limpeza das mesas de pequeno-almoço muito má (apenas retiram a louça do hóspede anterior da mesa sem qualquer limpeza da superfície e sem trocarem os individuais já usados por uns limpos). Limpeza do quarto ok, água do chuveiro com pouca pressão. Restante serviço agradável. Boa localização.

酒店服務：服務員服務態度及素質都很好，尤其是邵峰及去軍吉梅先生，有問題會迅速協助處理並回覆，很棒! 設施：乾淨新穎歐式設計，房間高級有格調，浴室乾濕分離，有特色很舒適，加分！ 食物：非常豐富美味，中式西式有很多選擇也有地方特色，非常喜歡！ 分享體驗：酒店環境格調高檔，覺得很好，下次想再來。

Clean modern good location next to lots of good frstaurabts

We were impressed with the hotel when we arrived from the outside. Grand huge reception hall and the rooms were also large. We stayed for 2 nights. The surrounding has lots of eateries and a huge supermarket. Check-in was fast but the WiFi was horrendous. We could not get signal in the room thus had to rely on our own data roaming. Like most hotels in China we had stayed most staff do not have a good command of English and do not understand us when we call for housekeeping assistance. This led to a lot of unhappiness when it seem they understood our request over the phone but after 20 agonizing minutes of no-show we had to call again and nobody seem to know what happened to our request or what we wanted.

I paid almost 5star amount for a night stay as my last day of the 16days trip, hotel is fine, but no Air Condition being provided during my stay due to environmental protection, that's 28 c degree on my arrival and they asked me to open the window instead. Fine, however, at the height of 13th floor, it's was so noisy during the whole night with car horns, police siren, and even fireworks from 1 am till 4am. Really bad situation cos, I tried to close it but then inside just alike an oven if closing that only window which can be halfly opened 我支付了近5星的住宿費用作為我16天旅行的最後一天，酒店很好，他們說由於環保所以在我們住宿期間沒有提供空調，我們到達時是28度，他們叫我打開窗口。在13樓的高度，整個晚上都是如此嘈雜，有汽車喇叭，警笛，甚至煙火從凌晨1點到凌晨4點。情況真的很糟糕，我試圖關窗，但然後內部就像一個烤箱，只有一 個可以半開的窗口。

空港からホテルへのアクセスは、エアポートバスがあり大変便利です。市中心部へはタクシーを利用していましたが、公共バス（31番）でも移動できました。周辺には万達広場や飲食街があり、立地も良いです。 従業員の方の対応も好印象です。機会があれば、また利用すると思います。

The hotel felt extremely new and the gym excellent. It was a surprise that people were allowed to smoke in many areas.

Spent the night before an early flite the next morning. Wonderful!

Friendly and helpful staffs, Lucas of concierge has put extra efforts to escort me (as a solo Sr. Traveler) to get on the night train from Xining to Lhasa , Laura ( a lovely lady) of front desk has surprised me with her language skills of Englis, Spanish and then Chinese. Well enjoyed and appreciated !!

We 5 people carried a lot of luggage, and missed one piece when checked out. The staffs of the hotel found that it was too late to send to the airport hence they sent one staff to carry the big luggage to Xi'an (our next stop) by train and delivered to us for free. They are unbelievable nice and I highly appreciate their help in my trip. I will strongly recommend the hotel to my friends.

This was the best customer service I received in my entire traveling life. I have travelled to Europe, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore etc but this was the best experience ever! 10/10.
