선니 아파트 - 광저우 베이징로드 진위안

Check in process was bad and painful. There was construction on the first floor, no air conditiioning, so it was HOT and long wait to get up to the 26th floor for check in. However, the the apartment itself was very nice and luxurious. The only thing that was missing in the apartment was there was no hair conditioner.

The place is pretty dirty with flys in the restroom and bed bugs. Woke up the next morning with bug bites on my arms and legs.

Check-in and stay are not in same building but is opposite. Quite convenient because is 3-5 mins walk only. Bedrooms quite comfortable, we are group of 4 but given 8 persons apartment. Thanks a lot

ゴキブリがいっぱいいました。 使い捨てスリッパと水すら常備されていない

room was fine, clean, have private bath but a bit not clean. convenient to strolling around the town. close to beijing road. Overall is good, will go back again next time

Not very clean. And pictures are not as depicted in Expedia, especially interior.

場所は中心に近く便利ですがキッチンには備品が何もなくフロントにお願いしても用意をしてくれず知らぬ顔でした。

Wall papers were torn. I cant find the right word to describe the smell in the room. The heater was Malfunctioning.

Location is excellent. Right next to the Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Metro Station. Very convenient to get to the pedestrian street. Room was spacious and toilet was huge, overall a pleasant stay!

隔音好，方便，房間比其他酒店大，員工服務態度好，下次會再次入住。酒店附近美食亦很多，北京路步行街都只是5分鐘路程。

Amazing view to the Beijing Lu. Close to the river side and city center. Not the newest appartment but for the price surely reccomend. English speaking, helpfull staff Will come there again for sure :-)

６日間滞在しましたが、毎日たくさんのゴキブリが出ます。特にシャワールームに多く、毎回２～３匹退治してからシャワーに入らなければならず、とても辛かったです。あと、建物の入り口には別のホテルの看板が付いています。こちらのホテルのフロントは18階の10号室にあります。18階でエレベーターを降りても、こちらのホテルの看板は出ていないので、解りづらかったです。スタッフの対応は良く、部屋までwifiの設定に来てくれたり、タオルの交換も快く応じてくれました。女性のスタッフのみ英語が話せます。

広々としていて、非常に快適でした。 ホテルの従業員の方々も英語を解してくださりスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。

Corrigor dirty and non maintained. Cockroaches in the room. Problem with wc.

All the Wall papers peeling off along the corridor, stuffy n old lift lobby .As we stepped into the room, we discovered small cockroaches inside the wardrobe, in the toilet, on the desk, a few more crawling around the bed board! Omg how r we going to sleep peacefully? As we check in middle of the night, we decided to use the insect repellent spray With us to spray to spray around the bed first n see how. Next do I told the cleaner, she said is bcos of hot weather n they already doing something. But after that we still see cockroaches every day n everywhere. Worst thing is the aircon is out of order on our fourth night, no phone in room so I use mobile to call them late at night but they won’t pick up. Went to the counter, they let us change room for the night, but the aircon in that room also not so cold, we hv no choice as it was middle of the night, my sons are too tired. Next morning we went back to the same room n they promised to send technician to repair the aircon. When we returned at night, the aircon still not working, again we hv to go to the counter, a guy was smoking at their fully aircon area with fan on, he told us the aircon in our room is beyond repair, so I asked how m I going to sleep without as it is so warm? Other room not cold too? I pointed at the fan at the counter n asked him to give me a fan instead. He replied he will bring it later, , I told him we need to slp soon, another guy heard n offer to send it immediately. Horrible place!

Not what i was expecting for a 4 star apartment. Towels very old and cleaning not effective. Good Location though
