got a non windows room, offer to get window one but need to pay additional charge. And the other bad experience was my room air condition broken, but didn't complaint since it was a night stay only. other than those bad things, the location is very strategic, close to MRT station and tourist destination point such as Nanjing East Road and The Bund.

you are only some step to bund river and nanjing road.. friendly officer.. cleaned room.. and they provide shuttle bus to/from airport..

Saya puas tinggal di The Bund Riverside Hotel, kebetulan saya dapat kamar 1117 yang bisa melihat langsung Menara Pearl dan dekat kemana-mana, hanya 5 menit ke Nanjing Road dan sekitar 10 menit jalan kaki ke Shanghai Bund, di sekitar hotel banyak restaurant, supermarket kecil untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari, sangat praktis

The hotel was nice, mineral water & clean towel available everyday. The receptionist staff understand & speak English very well. The location is near Nanjing East Shopping Center, about 5 mins walking. Also near metro station, makes it easy to go anywhere. Only the carpet room that needs to be cleaned very thoroughly, because my sister had skin rash from the carpet. Also we found previous guest's SPF/moisturizer (probably left behind by the guest & not picked up by the cleaning staff) and a cigarette under the bed.
