여러군데호텔을 다녀봤지만, 이렇게 섬세하게세팅되어있던곳은 못봤어요. 저희는여행을 목적으로숙박했지만, 비즈니스로가신분들 숙박하심 섬세함에 놀라실듯. 업그레이드해주셔서 더 좋은 룸컨디션을 체험할수있었고, 준비해주신잎녹차나 커피 만족스러웠네요. 다만 TV프로그램이다양하지못해서, DVD영화로대체했네요.전망은 포기하세요~^^

It was a very nice stay. All the staffs were nice and kind. The room was spacious and had a very good furniture organazation. Kids loved the TV at the bath tub. I loved the tablet room control system and the coffee machine. Most importantly, Wi-Fi was fast enough. I will definetely come back here for my next family staycation.

The Peninsula Beijing is an excellent hotel, with great location, spacious suites, and attentive service. A special thanks to concierges Jason and Kurt, who went the extra mile with empathy and care — they even managed to anticipate our flight, chose great seats, and prepared everything for us. Their support made our trip truly seamless.

The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast was phenomenal, the gym was well anppointed, and the service is the best I’ve experienced. The hotel is only a 7-10 min walk from Wangfujing street…with great shopping. I will definitely stay there again!

What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding level of customer service. Every staff member we encountered was gracious, attentive, and professional, but a special mention must go to Ludi, who looked after us from the moment we stepped foot in The Peninsula, with genuine care and kindness. Ludi’s attention to detail and warm hospitality elevated our entire experience—nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and swift response. She is a true asset to The Peninsula team. Our suite was spectacular—elegantly designed with spacious interiors, a perfect balance of modern luxury and timeless Chinese artistry. The city views from our suite showcased the gentle but consistent hum of Beijing, especially as the city lit up in the evening. Every comfort had been thoughtfully considered, from the sumptuous bed linens to the high-tech features and stunning marble bathroom. I've been fortunate enough to stay in many hotels around the world, but The Peninsula Beijing is, without question, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end, and I would return in a heartbeat.

This is a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there! The services are excellent, the room is spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast has many selections. We also enjoyed our dinner at the hotel's beautifully decorated Chinese restaurant. It has been an enjoyable stay in this hotel!
