Great vibe and atmosphere for the brand. Staff members are super friendly and helpful. The nice female staff at the check in desk helped to resolve an unexpected issue with my Expedia booking at no time. (I forgot to ask her name, but we checked in on the afternoon of Dec 07). The room deco is great. You can tell the effort of the designer to fit everything together perfectly for a warm and smooth vibe. The hotel itself gives a classic and luxury atmosphere as soon as you step in. Everything else from breakfast to facility also live up to the brand’s reputation. We would definitely go back again in the future.

Freaking amazing hotel. Out of the world experience. Service was top notch from a tall hot butler welcoming us at the door and helping with bags, to the ever friendly receptionists, to amazing house keeping staff who kept our rooms clean every day, to breakfast room staff… everything was perfect! This stay is nothing short of amazing and every staff went above and beyond in all areas. The rooms were another level.. clean, tastefully furnished and thoughtfully replenished day by day… they took care of my family, including my aged grandma, so well the entire stay. No request is ever too much or too hard. It will definitely be my top choice hotel for future stays and I can’t recommend it enough
