베이징 완다 렐름

객실에서 담배냄새가 너무 납니다. 공기청정기도 가져다 줬지만 저희가 방향제를 따로 사와야했고. 체크아웃하는 날 겨우 좋아졌습니다.

깨끗하고 편안했으며, 한식당도 근처에서 찾을수 있어서 좋았습니다. 단점은 담배냄새가 욕실을 통해서 올라오는것 같았어요. 다른 일행은 너무 좋았다는 말만 되풀이 할만큼 좋았다고 했어요. 그리고 관광지랑 조금 멀다는거 외에는 모든게 괜찮았습니다.

바로 앞에 플라자도 있고 이용하기 좋네요!

숙박에 관한 및 주변 시설에 대한 모든 환경이 좋음. 다만, 카운터에서 동양인 외국인의 경우 약간 황당한(?) 것을 요구하기도 하는데 그렇게 큰 문제는 아님

2박을 투숙하였습니다. 2일동안 객실청소가 한번도 안되었고, 객실교체를 전화상 프론트에 요구(체크인당시요구하였고 직원의 확답을받은상태)하였지만 계속 기다리라고만 하더군요. 프론트에 직접내려가서 재차요구를 하니 그제야 바꿔주더군요.. 많은 호텔을 다녀봤지만 이렇게 황당한 호텔은 처음봤습니다. 외출후 돌아오면 2일을 투숙하면서 객실청소가 한번도 안된다면 과연 또다시 투숙하고싶은맘이 들까요? 모든것이 최악의 호텔이였고 , 직원들의 서비스태도도 엉망이었습니다.

El personal no está cualificado. Además solicité un taxi a las 6:45 y se les olvidó. 25 minutos tarde conseguimos uno, pero casí perdemos el transporte. Solamente hablan chino.

It's my first business trip to Beijing. After seeing the prices of the rooms, I already knew I couldn't expect it to be like other 5-star hotels I've stayed in. Still, this one fell short of expectations. The disappointment started when we checked in. There was barely any eye contact from the gentleman, not to mention a smile that one would normally expect from someone working in the hospitality industry. We raised a few questions and requests, none of which was given a positive response to. In fact, all the front desk staff we met during our stay was the same. They wouldn't take the initiative to find ways to make their guests stay more comfortable. The most welcoming staff was the one for housekeeping. He always greeted me with a big smile and asked politely if he could clean my room. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe King Room. The room is spacious but the condition is appalling. There are many cracks and scratches, and you can see signs of water leakage here and there. Two lights in my room were not working properly but I couldn't ask for a change of room as they're all fully booked. We went to their lobby bar one night just to find that many of the drinks on their menu were not available, and they only had 1 choice of red wine and 1 choice of white wine. We didn't go back to any of their restaurants afterwards. Facility-wise, both their gym and pool were closed for maintenance. Overall, I'd say all the 4-star hotels I stayed in for business trips are better than this one.

Definitely not a five star hotel. The service is not good, the reception was not friendly at all. The room is old, not in good condition.

We stayed for two weeks November 2023 and we stayed in the executive suite and it was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet and the service was amazing! If you plan to stay for more than a few days i highly recommend the executive suite (worth it). There is a lounge with complimentary breakfast, snacks/dessert and coffee. It was really comfortable.

Buon hotel, ampio buffet per colazione e cena. Comodo con la metro, fermata babaosh, linea 1, senza cambi fino a tienamen, wangfujin, etc. Carrefour e wanda centro commerciale a 20 metri. Prezzo un pò sopra la media ma comunque adeguato alla qualità.

The priperty is classy and well kept. The buffet for breakfast was very good. Coffee was lacking in room. The tea bage coffee version produces very weak coffee. AC unit had the room temperature set at 25 c and often climbed to 30c. Uncomfortable when its that hot and the windows are locked so not able to open to get releif from the heat.

環境清幽，附近交通方便，臨賣場吃飯選擇多，飯店設備貼心，打掃和服務人員都很用心

这是第三次入住，每次入住都让我感觉舒适。

So far quite good. Room are nice and clean enough. Reception is also helpful

There were cigar ashes in the room with a lot of smoke smell and this was a non smoker room. No airport shuttle service, lots of things in the food menu were not available.

Some of the staff can’t speak English very well and the water pressure was quite low. Other than that it’s great

The concierge service could be improved further. The guy attended to me kind of disappeared after he made the call for a taxi upon my request. However I was waiting not knowing that the taxi has actually arrived.

在地鐵站附近，房間很大、很舒服 早餐菜色不多，也沒有什麼變化。不推薦
