La atención de Yovani es la mejor! Hace mucho no sentía un servicio tan exclusivo y personalizado. La recepcionistas muy pendientes de las necesidades, el caballero de los desayunos, la morenita de la cocina muy muy amables a las necesidades de nosotras. En realidad de los mejores hoteles! Super recomendando , volvería mil veces. Nunca cambien el servicio!!

Rooms are great and staff is amazing. We always stay here when we visit family in Cali. The new renovation is beautiful!

The area was nice and so was the hotel. I would not give them a 9.6. It was more a 6,5 The rooms very nice and clean. The staff very polite. It is a few long blocks to an awesome mall and Restaurants. The people are extremely friendly and the food in Colombia is delicious!

Amazing place

When you 1st arrive you think is just a regular house on the outside, but noo!!!! It's a beautiful hotel in the inside, food was great, service was amazing, if you have a car you can parked in the underground garage or park outside, very safe area. 100% recommended.

No hot water in the water basin and Wi-Fi quality was bad

The hotel was Absolutely charming! So clean, and the staff were incredibly kind. Top-notch service! The breakfast was notably good. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will be making another reservation soon.

The hotel staff is extraordinary, attentive, and efficient (especially Johan at the Front Desk). The breakfast is very complete, delicious with tropical fruits, Colombian baked goods, and eggs prepared any way you like. It is located near two large shopping centers (Unicentro and Jardin Plaza), where you will find multiple shops and restaurants. Although the rooms are spacious and comfortable, some bathrooms need to be ventilated.

Everything about the Hotel was great. It was cleaned, great service and the hospitality of the staff that work there is great. I got to encounter with Johan, Evelyn and Fernando on a daily basis and they make you feel at home. Breakfast had great options. I highly recommend!

Very Highly recommended. It's well located and very clean. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I will be back in my next visit to Cali.
