Wonderful Location and staff

The room was great… Spacious, very clean, well appointed. But it was really the staff that made it exceptional. Jordan the concierge was amazing. The first the front desk were incredible and literally every single staff member we interacted with was terrific. They plans - everything we did was through the hotel - and everything happened perfectly. From renting a private boat to tours of the market and a cooking class, salsa dancing for our family, riding ATVs and para triking. And More. Highly recommend.

Amazing service. Beautiful hotel and room. Bed was so comfortable, beautiful swimming pool and terrace. Delicious breakfast. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

The room was very nice; the hotel is designed with open spaces between each floor, so it’s quite hot and humid at all times. The roof top swimming pool, terrace and bar are wonderful, with views of the ocean and city. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent.

The hotel is gorgeous, excellently maintained and decorated. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The front desk manager Jorge was very helpful setting up a luxury trip to the small island of Sabai off the Islas de Baru. The restaurant staff learned about my mom’s birthday and Gina led the way in organizing a celebration with balloons and cake! This is a trip we’ll never forget not only because of the beautiful amenities but also because of the dedication of the staff. Can’t forget to mention the server on the rooftop pool, he pampered us like we were royalty. Without any reservations I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience a luxury warm experience.

I have stayed a few times here over the years and always come back. Great service and one of the biggest pools in the old town centre.

Lovely check in staff, was also quick and easy. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, a real oasis in the city and the rooftop pool is a lovely spot to escape to. Not forgetting the breakfast, menu and buffet options - all were really good. We had a lovely stay

The entire staff that we met while we were there were wonderful and very friendly. The hotel is well kept and is perfectly located to everything. It’s a small boutique hotel that is perfect for a private retreat. The spa was very relaxing and had experienced staff. Jorge and Jhordan and Gina were just a few staff that made our trip a wonderful experience.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a nice part of old city Cartagena. Convenient location, close to many fantastic restaurants that were easy to walk to. Attentive staff.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 nights and would go back in a heart beat. The concierge was great at messaging before we arrived to set up transport and sent us activity tours to look through. They happily booked anything we needed. Hector was extra helpful with suggestions- Baroca Rooftop was an amazing meal! Paola came by at our first breakfast (which was included and so good and fresh) and was so helpful and showed her care at ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Miguel remembered us each time he saw us. Jainner made the best lattes in the afternoon. The bed was SO comfy, lockbox was easy, and everything was very clean. My boyfriend enjoyed the massage and the pool beds/loungers were all great. The hotel is also in the BEST location- walkable to everything but also quiet at night. We were so thrilled and will recommend the hotel to everything.
