Binn Hotel

The hotel is very comportable. And staff were so kind. The room is large and pleasant. One sad part is that I want to have a coffee pot in my room.

The welcome was very friendly. Room was nice: nothing special but ok. Bed was good. Shower so so (very hot or cold). The rooftop swimming pool looks nice on the pictures but actually nobody swims there since it is part of the bar and quite small. Guests are quite typical: party people overdressed. Staff at breakfast was not very capable. We had to wait long. No yoghurt available (only to drink). At check out we had to wait untill the minibar was checked by rhe staff. Felt a bit strange since we said we didn’t use the minibar.

Beautiful Beautiful boutique hotel. Every amenity imaginable. Nice size room(immaculate)., Rooftop dining with mountain views , gym , open air relaxation, pool little small .. great free breakfast deff not a walkable area, TAKE AN UBER..

I really enjoyed my stay at the Binn Hotel, the moment that you enter the hotel you feel relaxed. The rooftop has an amazing view and pool area. I will definitely be back.

great hotel with great views however sauna and hot tub are not great .. luke warm water is not what i consider a hot tub .. we were cold ao went to thr sauna that although had been turned on for some time was still not even a hot stre room

It was very clean staff where nice but u can’t not bring a guess witch was a big problem for me…they gona charge you $200 to bring each guess… gym, and pool closes very early

Accueil catastrophique et déplorable, check-in catastrophique, désorganisation évidente, dégradation de vêtements et facturation injustifiée. Quelques heures avant notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un message whatsapp (avec fautes d'ailleurs) nous parlant d'un surclassement à notre arrivée. Nous arrivons un peu avant le check-in au cas oú la chambre serait prête, on nous dit de patienter et que ça serait prêt vers 14h et qu'on nous recontacterait. Faux. À 15h (heure du check-in) on y retourne et galère complète de l'accueil, ils n'ont pas de chambre pour nous (réservation faite 1 mois avant). On nous trouve une chambre mais finalement occupée (bravo). 1/1h30 après on a enfin notre chambre mais pas celle promise. Bon. Lenteur extrême pour imprimer notre addition au restaurant. Jacuzzi en panne une partie du séjour. Service laverie non explicité comme payant puis surfacturé ensuite à 60€ alors qu'un vêtement supérieur à ce montant a été brûlé. Preuve à l'appui, l'accueil nous dit que le service sera facturé. En guise de compensation de tous ces problèmes, un taxi pour aller à l'aéroport nous est offert (valeur 20-25€ sur uber). C'est inacceptable. Sur certains sites cet hôtel est classé 5*, il n'en est pas du tout question en réalité. Alfonso (restaurant) a sublimé le séjour, il relève très clairement le niveau et je tiens à le remercier chaleureusement. En définitive, cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur du standing qu'il souhaite afficher, en raison de sa gestion notamment

Binn Hotel is an upscale hotel with two excellent restaurants, one right off the lobby with indoor/outdoor seating and another on the rooftop with amazing views of Medellin. Though the pool is small, it is luxurious and heated. The service is impeccable, particularly front desk staff Alex, Vladimir and Johiana, general manager Camillo as well as Daniel of the waitstaff who were all extremely friendly and professional.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful facility with a gorgeous rooftop bar/restaurant offering amazing views of the city. Clean, spacious and well-equipped rooms. Great location - not really walkable, but definitely in a very safe area in close proximity to the main attractions in Poblado. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has many options, including lunch items. The staff offers world-class customer service. Opportunities for Improvement: 1. The elevator doors shut too quickly, only allowing one peron in/out before fully closing. That's a safety hazard. 2. I suggest that staff members, partcularly restaurant employees, refrain from shaking customers' hands. Consider cultural differences and public health. Overall, it was a great hotel experience and I'd stay here again. Thanks!

My third time staying here, i love this hotel! Staff is very friendly, pool is great, rooms are spacious and clean. A little bit off the beaten path.... but well worth it!
