The property is new. room is beautiful and good size. room has a kitchen but no microwave and electric Kettle to boil water. Hotel has a cafe and small restaurant on rooftop. Rooftop pool is nice and has a great view of sunset. Even beach is across the street but the beach was not that great. If you looking for blue Caribbean water and white sands, you will be disappointed. The beach look like the beach in Texas, Communication with the front desk was very poor and misleading. 1. , When I check-in, I asked, can I bring visitor to my room Answer was, yes, anytime. I asked again, any extra charge No. Next day, front desk text said asked me go down to pay for the extra guest fee 625,000 peso 2. I asked for cleaning, the same guy said, this is apartment, we only clean your room once for 3 nights stay. The 3nd day, I asked for cleaning other front desk lady said will be $12 charge for each cleaning. So, the night shift guy and day shift lady said two different things. Since I booked room for 4 people but only two of us check-in the 1st day, after complained for 15 minutes, the front desk decided not to charge me for extra guest fee and I decide not to clean the room the last day to save $12.

My family and I loved the stay great walkable beach location.. area has great restaurants plus the onsite bakery is amazing. We could see all of Cartagena from this location and I have two little kids and felt very safe and loved the Columbian culture and the hospitality at Bondo Estudios was amazing!! We thought the location was perfect....

It was a warm an inviting feeling upon arriving to the hotel.

It’s nice that this stay has a rooftop area surrounding the pool but the food options are limited. There’s no where to eat unless 10 mins away. Cafe on the first floor was a nice option for breakfast. Bed comfort was nice. Shower didn’t feel sanitary, had to shower with shoes on. Service wasn’t great, requested for towels and/or toilet paper and never came. Had to go to the front desk to receive it quickly.

Beautiful property … loved loved loved the rooftop !

Property is a new construction, excellent decoration and ambiance. Quiet and very well located. Staff is amazing. Nelson from the front desk was very knowledgeable with excursions and local information. The guys at the rooftop bar were highly helpful and accommodating as well. Looking forward to staying at Bondo again.

Terrible experiencia con ese hotel, cuando llegue no había personal en la recepción, nunca existió una persona esperándonos, además los ascensores no funcionaban bien, el señor de la seguridad fue el que nos dio la habitación y no nos dieron llave de ella, y la habitación que supuestamente nos tocaba no habria la puerta asi q nos la cambiaron! Y todo eso fue el señor de la seguridad porque como dije antes no habia ningún personal en la recepción para entregarnos una habitación como se debe! Fatal ese hotel, no lo recomiendo! Malo malo

Lleno nuestras expectativas, excelente comunicación con la Srta Majo y la Srta Daniela, sólo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento, para todo el personal, extraño las empanadas de queso, gracias por todos!!! Fulfilled our expectations, excellent communication with Ms.Majo and Ms. Daniela, we only have words of thanks, for all the staff, I miss the cheese empanadas, thanks for all of them!!!!

it is better than advertised. A brutalist design, that is clean, simple and welcoming. The only downside, is the food service takes a long time. Definitely on my list to return

O melhor do hotel realmente é a cobertura com a vista maravilhosa e as piscinas.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooftop was amazing. The location was ideal. I came on a solo trip and I felt welcome and I felt safe. The concierge were so helpful. They helped me book not only a taxi, but even an excursion which was cheaper than what I was seeing Online. I plan to visit Cartagena again and I will definitely be staying there and we recommend it to others.
