Staff was so accommodating and patient with our limited Spanish. Very friendly and patient while we mucked through the language barrier. Make note that there was English speaking staff there, but Google Translate is a beautiful thing and we worked together to understand each other that we were super appreciative for given our Spanish skills were low. Food and drinks were great, and the hotel itself was very quiet. Felt like we had the place to ourselves sometimes. Rooms were clean and hotel was close to a center entertainment area that had entertainment every night that we were there. Wonderful experience, with really lovely staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone heading out to Leticia.

El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones. Nuestra cabaña tenía cama king size y todos los servicios. El baño era cómodo y amplio. La zona de restaurante y piscina muy bien conservados e integrados con el medio ambiente. El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto

I loved Leticia and the tour options to see and explore the jungle, the river and all surroundings. We will be back for sure. Visiting 3 countries in one place is amazing.

We spent three nights here. Lovely staff and facilities! There is a bit of a language barrier but everyone was friendly and used google translate if needed. Can easily book experiences from the hotel and we had a fantastic time. Can highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The property is beautiful. The meal staff, manager, activity desk people were all extra kind and helpful. We went on two of their tours and both were excellent. The location makes walking around town easy as well. Highly recommend.

Definitely the premier property in town. The rooms are incredibly spacious and air conditioning is excellent. The pool is large and comfortable. We didn't realize this was an all inclusive when we booked so that was an added advantage as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as I had to navigate a luggage issue. We highly recommend this as the premiere option in Leticia.

After spinning three days at the property and going on two of their tours, I have to say it is one of the best run operations I have ever visited. On an extremely difficult jungle tour, I saw every member of the team and the teams affiliates, provide the most professional, kind, empathetic care to help an 84-year-old woman enjoy the trip with her family. Under conditions that were almost brutal at times, they found ways to allow her to fully participate as part of her group. Not one time that I see the look of impatience or frustration. I guess the best compliment I can give is to say that I would’ve very comfortably placed my own mother‘s care within their hands, and not had one moment of concern. Whoever runs the facility, congratulations. Amazing job.

I really recommend this property to anyone visiting Leticia. The facilities and staff were second to none and the latter bent over backwards to fulfill my requests. Special mention should go to Alex in the hotel's tour office. She assisted in designing tours for me that met my specific needs and all at a great price. Even if you're on a budget, try to stretch it in order to stay at this property. Trust me, it's worth it.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Hervorheben möchte ich Andres, ein toller Mitarbeiter. Ebenfalls faszinierend war der Schamane Sebastian. Ein in meinen Augen ein Botschafter für die Kultur und Naturverbundenheit der Menschen die am Amazonas leben. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Essen war lecker, das Frühstück hätte etwas reichhaltiger sein können. Der Pool sehr sauber und ebenfalls sehr freundliches Personal. Die Holzbauweise der Liegen etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber mit der entsprechenden zur Verfügung gestellten bequemen Auflage ein schönes Erlebnis. Zusammfassend: Ein sehr, sehr schöner Aufenthalt, der bestimmt wiederholt wird. Danke an das Team vom Hotel.

Hola: Al hacer la reserva puse que iba con dos niños y pagué el monto correspondiente. Luego, al estar allá me conbraron 777.632 adicionales por mi hija de 4 años. Considero que se trata de un costo oculto pues al momento de realizar la reserva no se me informó sobre este valor. Quedo atento a la solución de este tema. Saludos, Camilo

The staff was amazing… they go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. The excursions offered by the hotel were top notch, experienced guides and very authentic.

The food is very good, because of COVID the option of buffet does not exist anymore but they have a decent menu with at least 3 options different every day. This is a hotel all inclusive (for breakfast and lunch or dinner) The bedrooms have AC and fans.

Muy bien. En términos generales el hotel es bueno. Bien ubicado, en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de todo y la disposición de las habitaciones es excelente. El servicio bueno, el personal del hotel muy atento y dispuesto a hacernos sentir como en casa. La comida ofrecida es buena y flexible el servicio.

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the property grounds were kept beautifully. The food was delicious and we would gladly stay here again.
