Buena relación calidad - precio. La habitación espaciosa, los dos baños también, las camas cómodas. Las piscinas en buen estado. El personal muy amable.

We had a great time at this hotel. It has a big pool and a separate one for the little kids. It has access to the beach and was very quiet and clean. The staff was truly amazing, always helping and welcoming. We decided to stay three nights and really enjoy everything the hotel offered and I think it was more than enough time. The food at the restaurant was great, it included the breakfast but I think they have reasonable prices for lunch and dinner or just snacks. I booked for my two boys, my mom and my niece, we had the bedroom with two queen beds and a sofa bed in the living room, two bathrooms, balcony, dinning room and a small kitchen at the entrance. I think the kitchen area can use some update or just remove it completely, the furniture in general can be outdated but overall was very clean and pleasant. It worked for us because we really wanted to enjoy the beach and pools but be aware is far from the city and not a walkable area outside the hotel. I truly recommended for families looking to get relaxed

The only thing that bugged me was the black water that came out of the sink and shower head when they were emptying some things out. But it got fixed quick after it happened.

Everything was too expensive, the AC was almost not working. No double beds.

Was looking for a family hotel with children’s pool and an adult pool. . This resort had everything. From children’s activity, beach. The breakfast was great and the attention by the staff as well. I will be repeating this. I recommend it.

Todo muy bien, muy atentos y acogedor

The hotel is far away from stores and transportation is very expensive to go to certain locations. The room I reserved was different to the one I had to stay.

Realmente no fue una buena experiencia. De entrada pagamos un valor que decía IMPUESTO INCLUIDO y después había un texto en letra pequeña que decía, entre otras cosas, que POSIBLEMENTE nos podían cobrar el 19%d de iva. Pero como ya habíamos cancelado todo, estábamos claros. Oh sorpresa, al llegar, esa no era la tarifa final, había que sumar el IVA. razón por la cual me molesté y se los hice saber. Los llamaron a ustedes, hotels. com, según ellos y la respuesta fue, que pena igual tiene que pagar. por otro lado, la atención, terribleeeee, pedimos un almuerzo que se demoró demasiado, los platos luego para recogerlos, nunca llegaron, en cambio los animales si todos se acercaban a picar de las sobras. Igualmente pedimos al día siguiente unas bebidas, para que el mesero llegara primero, alrededor de 30 minutos y luego del pedido, otros 30 minutos para traer 4 bebidas básicas, y después de haber preguntado 3 veces por las bebidas. En la otra reserva que hice para unos amigos, que el hotel estaba lleno y entonces les dieron un apartamento, con una cama queen incómoda. Por qué aceptan la reserva si no tienen capacidad???? Pedí a Hotels.com que las camas fueran king y no dos queen, en el hotel me dicen que ellos no manejan camas king, cómo eso no lo sabe hotels.com???? y por qué me deja continuar en el proceso??????

Wonderful place to stay !!!!

The entire property needs updating I ask if they can fumigate the room because we had small ants on the room.

We stayed for 7 days. Too long really but it gave us a few days to travel via land transportation to Cartagena. Now for my review, it was pleasant stay.! Very friendly and hospitable staff. We had a problem with our microwave..they came right away to replace. Clean pristinely kept room with a lovely view. Desk personnel were ingratiating and super attentive. Our stay was wonderful. My tips.. You need to buy drinks and snacks to store in refrigerator . It can be costly since the restaurant is the only spot available for any type of consumption. You are several km away from the center. Ubers and taxis can rack up. If you are adventurous, any easy cross of the main road there are those little blue buses that take you to the center for 2700 pesos. When in Rome..do as the Romans. Purchase large bottles of water. Colombia seems to prefer selling water at any sitting. Carry with you. There is nothing outside the hotel walls. Make your trips to the market count. The restaurant is lovely which included breakfast. But it can be understaffed. Not unusual to see people getting their own coffee and silverware from where they can. The pool, it’s enormous and kept clean. Pool bar for a charge. The beach, the water is not CLEAR…THE SAND IS NOT WHITE. So please be aware. It’s volcanic and tends to be darker. But it’s pleasant and refreshing and the sunsets are magnificent. Those beaches are available for a cost. Remember lots of families and older crowd. No party clowns! A plus!

La estadía muy buena, me solucionaron con cambio de habitación hacia una con balcón y visita al mar qué inicialmente era la que habías adquirido en hotele.com. Solo una recomendación deben reparar el tobogán de la piscina grande da un mal aspecto a esa zona
