The property is currently being remodeled. However the staff did their best to make sure breakfast was good and available each morning.

Beautiful and well cleaned room

Es ideal la zona, cerca de todo, parece estar en remodelación, habitaciones baja condiciones. No aire acondicionado y hacía calor.

La primera habitacion tenia humedad al 100%, no cuneta con servicio de closet para ropa en ninguna habitacion, despues de que fui a recepcion a informar el estado de laha itacion me cambiaron para otra,peroel hotel esta aparentemente en remodelacion y todo esta en construcción, sugiero que terminen primero y luegi si hagan apertura, el desayuno excelente y la atencion del eprsonal muy buena, las instalaciones no los acompañan

Muy bonita decoración y el personal excelente. Estan en construcción y desde las 7am comenzaba el martilleo combativo. Buen desayuno y muchos lugares alrededor bien buenos para cenar. Mal servicio de WiFi pero en general bueno y céntrico. A unas cuadras de provenza

El servicio por parte del personal es regular pero la organización es pésima, llegamos al lugar y no revisaron correctamente la reserva así que nos hicieron esperar para poder accesar a la habitación a pesar que ya habíamos hecho check in. Los cuartos tienen muy poca ventilación, casi nula lo cual los hace muy húmedos y no se cuenta con lo básico, como toallas para baño, shampoo o secadora de cabello. Están remodelando así que el ruido era espantoso desde muy temprano y no se tuvo ningún momento la cortesía de avisar o disculparse. La ubicación del lugar es lo único bueno, no volvería a hospedarme ahí.

La propiedad no tiene elevator. Las escaleras no estan aptas para personas mayores. No tienen servicio para que les lleven las maletas al cuarto. Los baños, son pequeños e incomodos.

That was terrible, we arrived early and left my bag and we comeback around 4 pm and they have some issue with my reservation, they give me the wrong room and then they give us another room but wasn’t the same room on the picture, was very dirty, at that point I could not look for another hotel, we din’t take a shower, I never experienced something like this.

When we arrived the room was no available. They gave us single rooms with fans. The following day it rained and the ceiling dripped water on are heads. We had a to move the bed. That same night we had no hot water to shower. The shower glass door had one screw hard to open and scared that it would fall. They never did any room service. We always had to ask for new towels and change are own garage daily. We also were never told they were under construction. We were never able to sleep after 7am. We spoke to front desk about everything and in what way they could compensate us and they did nothing. Very sad because the location is great.

Muy bueno y está ubicado en un buen lugar. Pero deben estar más pendientes porque me dieron la habitación errónea aunque ya luego me colocaron en la que si había pagado.

El cuarto olía a humedad.

They where under construction and I was not told before bucking the hotel.

Pague la suite deluxe y no tenian mi reserva, tuve que aceptar otra habitación ya que viajaba con mi bebe y estaba súper cansada. Les avise en varias ocasiones que mi mama llegaria mas tarde y cuando llegó le dijeron que no habia ninguna reserva a mi nombre. El recepcionista tiene muy mala actitud y no es nada amable, no tenian como facilitar agua caliente para un tetero de la bebe. Al lado hay una discoteca asi que nada ideal para una estancia. En general no volveré a este hotel.

I did like the area. It is close to the metrostation but it is noisy and dark. The rooms don't have windows and there is no AC. Batjroom is ok. But overall poor.

Tiene buenas ubicación pero no aceptan tarjetas de crédito. La habitación que nos toco se escuchaba lo del otro habitación
