호텔 아메리칸 비자 타워

El día de la llegada nos negaron el check in. Dijeron que no hay espacio aunque teníamos reservación confirmada por Expedia. Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento.

Fue una experiencia muy buena, muy seguro. Solo nos hubiera gustado que las habitaciones tuvieran un espejo.

Se escucha demasiado Ruido y es inseguro Deje unas gafas en el cuarto y no me las guardaron se perdieron sin ninguna razon

The hotel had a beautiful view and the staff went above and beyond.

Never had enough towels and were very tight on toiletries even toliet paper. The cleaners do a good job with limited resources. Oscar in the dinning room provided great service. The rooms are big and comfortable. Plenty of cable chanels. Having more people in reception that speak English would have been a plus.

Excelente ubicación, diagonal a Corferias. Su personal muy amable y atento a todos las solicitudes. Especial mención merece la señorita Angie y el señor Oscar del restaurante, quienes gustosamente nos atendieron durante la estadía de 4 noches. Igualmente, la coordinación de servicios de taxi estuvo muy pendiente durante la visita. Habitación amplia y moderna.

Quarto muito confortável, tudo muito parecido com as fotos, porem tive alguns problemas com a água do chuveiro oscilava muito entre quente e frio, o pessoal da recepção foram atenciosos e me mudaram de quarto,(Na verdade 3 quartos) mais o problema foi totalmente sanado, mesmo em andares mais baixos a pressão da água sofria alterações.

Deben ser explicitos con su promocion dan a entender que el servicio del Taxi viene incluido con la reserva del hotel y cuando uno se retira del mismo, el Recepcionista te cobra en efectivo.y ademas me cobro una suma exagerada en dolares, la cual hicimos que recapacitara y saco bien la cuenta en pesos..

Tienen una atención excelente sobretodo en el Area del restaurante

Excelentes habitaciones. Servicio de wifi y tv premium. Lastima que la habitacion no cuenta con minibar

My husband and I thought this would be a nice hotel for a fairly good deal. I purchased the more expensive room that was listed as double occupancy that provided free breakfast. Something happened with the hotels.com website when I was booking and listed as only 1 person rather than two... I did not think this would be an issue since I purchased the room for two people and paid more money. The hotel did not see it this way and wanted to charge us an additional $80 US dollars. This was more than we paid for 3 nights. I showed the manager that the price was the same on hotels.com for the same room for one person or two people... he did not seem to care and wanted to charge me more money. He was completely rude and unreasonable.. even started yelling. This happened on our last day when we were checking out. My husband and I also asked to have our laundry done. We were never given a price but kept being told "it's cheap, it's cheap" they took our laundry and we got it back two days later with a price tag of $56 USD. That is not cheap for Columbia and we could have gotten our laundry done for $4dollars. The hotel also charged us $9USD for two bottles of water. Basically they are out to gouge Americans, I would not stay at this hotel again if it were free.

El hotel es cómodo, pero jamás 4 estrellas máximo llega a 21/2 estrellas. Ofrecen transporte Aeropuerto y no te lo dan , pides taxi y te llaman particulares que te cobran el doble, si llegaste mas temprano al check in te cobran 1/2 diaria

Hotel staff tried to sheet me with laundry service. Very disappointed in the end with the way they handle and how much they charge me.

The people were great and the room was nice

Excelente servicio, las personas que atienden el hotel son muy amables. Las que hacen el servicio de limpieza son muy honestas, nunca se me perdió nada. La ubicación excelente y el hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones.

ME RETIRE AL TERCER DIA PORQUE NO ME GUATO EL HOTEL Y NO ME DEVOLVIERON NADA DE DINERO POR LOS DIAS QUE FALTABAN, ME DECIAN EL DINERO NO HA CAIDO VENGA AL SIGUIENTE DIA Y ASI ME TUVIERON HASTA QUE ME TUBE QUE IR DE BOGOTA, ME SIENTO ESTAFADO
