호텔 블루 컨셉

Hotel bem localizado, moderno e confortável. Ótimo custo-beneficio. Um ponto a melhorar é o café da manhã, bastante simples, composto por um menu em vez de buffet. Além disso, solicitei a troca de geleia por cream cheese do meu pedido e fui informado que só seria feita a troca se eu pagasse. Detalhe mínimo mas que não visa a boa experiência do cliente.

La habitación que me dieron no tenía cerradura en la puerta y la puerta del baño estaba rota, la cama con el colchón hundido, horrible. Pedi que me cambiaran de habitación y solo una chica fue accesible y me cambiaron a una mejor.

The pictures are very misleading! The blue was represented in the rooms as advertised! None of the toiletries as advertised are there. Not even the blue bed linen are on the beds. The 1st room was unpleasant and I asked to be moved..I thought the room was not properly cleaned with a very evident greasy glass shower, nor did the door close! The night Receptionists was rude along with a guest...I asked the 1st night to be moved (I was told no manager on staff to accommodate my request). As I was still talking, another guest walked in I was immediately ignored while he serviced the guest! The guest as well ignored that I was talking already with the Receptionists. I was accommodated with a better room the next morning when the manager arrived.

In general excellent There was a light bulb out and the hair drier was not functioning reported not addressed

Very good price good location great breakfast good pool a block away from the beach. I've been there before and I go back again.

There is renovation work . They are building an elevator shaft that blocks 3/4 of the room window. . You can have the blinds open because they are working right in front of you. The Internet wifi connection in the room is poor. The shower doesn’t drain properly and you ando up showering in a mini pool . Some of the furniture needs replacement . Staff was friendly.

The Staff was very friendly, the amenities were good. The breakfast was good in taste but I would have loved to have a buffet.

Muy bonito el hotel, el desayuno muy rico, todo bien.

The location and the room size in general worked great for me. Glad to have air conditioning and a safebox in the room. The elevator is under construction, but it was not a problem for me. The pool fit perfectly for its purpose and breakfast is quite good and well served.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado sea para ir a castillo grande o Bocagrande. El desayuno nos encantó las opciones estaban muy bien. El hotel le están haciendo reparaciones menores. Habitaciones modernas, algunos detalles de daños de accesorios en el baño pero espero que sea tema que ya estén contemplando reparar. De manera general recomiendo este hotel.

Very good location with access to beach two blocks away. One block from main road with tons of restaurants and shopping malls. Hotel was very good value for the price. Jesus at front desk provided very good customer service. Will definitely be returning next time staying in Cartagena.

Nice staff nice pool and room w good a/c

We had our first night in what seemed to be the worst room of the hotel (room 101) and thankfully were able to change into a much better room the next day thanks to the very helpful staff. That first room shouldn’t exist especially for this price and it is a shame that they dare put customers in it, especially when the rest of the hotel is so nice. The pool is perfect, the breakfast is delicious, staff is very kind and helpful, hotel is in a very convenient area, the only minus would be how the noise gets inside the rooms easily from early morning. I think I would recommend this hotel if i didn’t have the experience of being put in room 101 the first day, for without that, it was great.

Excelente servicio, comodidad en las habitaciones y su limpieza. Como sugerencia, podria decirles que si se pudieran extender con el horario de pisicinafuera estupendo.
