Habitacion limpia y acogedora. Personal amable, el Jacusi.

Room was small but ok for a one night stay. The check in process was a bit uncomfortable as the staff asked for payment and it was already prepaid. I had a receipt as proof but they could not verify, so I had to get online and contact Expedia customer service who called hotel. It took some time and it was late and very hot since there is no AC in reception area. The breakfast was good and the bed pretty comfortable, which can be hard to find in Colombia.

The hotel room is not the on pictured in the site. Is not a room, is an storage room turned into a room under the stairs. The shower had only cold water, it didnt work. we had to beg to shower in another room because there were no other rooms available (the person on the front desk at night opened a room being painted to let us take a shower there)

Bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville dans un bâtiment ancien rénové Accueil passable (Porte fermée à 10h du matin) Chambre au RDC avec fenêtre sur cour à éviter par les claustrophobes ! Pour 115€ on aurait espéré de l’eau chaude (promise pourtant) Pas de wifi dans la salle de petit déjeuner

El hotel está muy bien, la habitación muy cómoda, la gente ente que nos atendió en nuestra estancia súper amables y colaboradores. El desayuno estaba delicioso. Los espacios comunes, como la piscina y terraza con jacuzzi muy agradable. Fue una buena estancia, la habitación tenía un poco de humedad pero estaba muy bien. La relación precio - confort está perfecto.

Beautiful hotel, within walking distance of just about everything. Free bikes to use and explore was a big plus. Only con is the showers were on the cold side. Would stay again

O hotel é bem bonitinho e bem localizado. Fiquei num quarto que era no fundo, perto da copa ... então muito barulho logo cedo com o café ! Cama super confortável ! Chuveiro quente ! Café da manhã bom ! Como fiquei em outro hotel antes que achei bem melhor, não repetiria esse ... mas ele é um bom hotel e seu ponto alto é a localização!

Hotel limpio lo unico que la foto cuendo compras l habitacion no tiene nada que ver. La nuestra era muy pequena con suelo fatal y baño por enano .hab 5 galta detallitos de limpieza y decoracion.

Reservamos un hotel y cuando llegamos no tenía disponibilidad nos mandaron a otro de inferior calidad

This is by far the best customer service small hotel I have experienced in my life. Small hotels have usually a much better and user friendly environment than the bigger ones but this one is outstanding.

We did not stay in Casa Tablada because they had an overbooking or some type of issue and they did not notifies us until I call to find out if all was ok then they told me I was moved to another hotel much different than the one I booked. Therefore my review will go only to Hotel Boutique Casa Heredia because the staff there made worth the stay and the good review, otherwise I’m extremely disappointed at hotel Casa Tablada because my reservation was donde since March and they should not have done what they did.

WARNING: DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THEY MIGHT CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION LAST MINUTE WHEN YOU ARRIVE! I reserved AND prepaid for my reservation months in advance to stay at this hotel. Also, shortly before my arrival, I contacted the hotel letting them know that my flight would arrive well past 10pm and informed them that I would be checking-in very late. I received no response at the time, but did not think much of it. On the night I arrived, the concierge/attendant (I believe his name was "Augusto") told me that they were fully booked and that they did not have room for me. I was upset but calmly informed him that I reserved a room months ago and that I even paid in advance, but he just gave me some lousy excuse about a screw up with their system. (To me this sounded like an obvious lie.) He stated that once they discovered the screw up they booked another room for me at a different hotel. The suspicious thing about this, however, was that they never once attempted to contact me before my arrival, nor did they receive my consent to stay at another hotel/location. It was only when I arrived (late at night with little to no options to stay elsewehere) that I was told I could not stay! When he showed me their "sister" hotel (Casa Heredia), it was clearly inferior. Just imagine being told all this after a long flight. It is extremely unprofessional, to say the least. Casa Heredia generally has cheaper rates on any given day, so they essentially charged me for a stay.

Me cambiaron de hotel , me di la oportunidad la primera noche y hoy es la segunda noche, pero el ruido es impresionante. Definitivamente me fue muy bien tiempo atrás en Casa de la Tablada, pero en Casa Heredia (no lo conocía) mucho ruido en las noches. Además que comparando el costo de la noche es las barato Casa de la Tablada. Ojo, la atención de la gente muy buena, pero las instalaciones no.

The place is a little run down and they don’t have an elevator. There were a lot of mosquitoes and we got eaten alive by the mosquito bites in the one night we stayed there.
