We booked the hotel for $40 but when we got there and they noticed we had three people instead of two they change the price to $70 but they didn't give us a better room it was the smallest room they had and they said it was so that we could eat breakfast but I told them we weren't going to eat breakfast and they still charged us $70 there was another room right across from ours with the door open that was twice as big and no one stayed in it, if they would have given us this room I could have Justified the extra money but they didn't. the other biggest complaint I had was Zero hot water and they said sorry the hot water heater wasn't working but wouldn't give us any kind of a discount. The two gals working at the desk were extremely nice but whoever they talk to on the phone was terrible

Es mi segunda estadía, en mi concepto es un buen hotel para ir de paso a la Ciudad, la limpieza es muy buena y el personal de atención es muy atento y servicial, hacen sentir al huésped muy bien atendido.
Deben mejorar un pequeño problema de humedad de las habitaciones y tener normas acerca del uso de las áreas comunes, no me parece adecuado que no haya restricciones para el juego de niños en el pasillo de las habitaciones después de 10pm o antes de 8am, esto interfiere con el descanso y comodidad de los otros huéspedes.
Del resto muy bien.
