The property had molds in bathrooms and they didn’t do anything about it

We booked a room for two nights fior my wife and our daughter. Room was not ready for an hour and a half after our check in time. When we arrived there was not 1 window for any air. Obvioulsy no ac in the hotel which is kind of normal for hotels in Medellin, but not even one window to crack or grt fresh air. Our room was 20 degrees warmer than outside hall and only way to get air was to leave the hotel door open. Bathrooms only provided a couple tear open body wash which was enough for one shower for two people. We left after being there one hour. We tried to ask for a refund, hotels.com said only the hotel could refund and hotel front desk ssid only hotels.com could refund. I would never stay here again

Not what I expected. Thought room would be nicer. Not bad, but not great.

Las chicas son muy amable y es un lugar tranquilo y sin ruido así que se puede descansar bastante bien. Al frente tienen como una cafetería de un señor y su esposa y venden comida 100% Colombiana y a un excelente precio. Lo recomiendo al 100 lo único que deberían mejorar es que si uno se va a quedar Más de 5 días y pide cambiar las sábanas deberían hacerlo sin problema ya que no es limpieza de habitación si no cambio de sábana. Luego de eso todo perfecto y sin más quejas.

Mucha bulla a los arrededores

I was supposed getting a vip please, and i go a room with no refrigerator, stuff was great , also i found a better hotel better price and a great location i will never rent this place again thats for sure

Buen hotel, pero no sé si amerita valor. No ofrecen desayuno. TV muy pobre. Wifi deficiente. Ventilador en una sola dirección

I did not like that there was no restaurant inside hotel but everything else was excellent

From what my girl told me it was very clean and nice. Staff was very cordial and helpful.

La mayoría de las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado , no limpian la habitación si no la pides pero nunca lo dicen , las ventanas no son contra ruido y a poca distancia hay 3 lugares para bailar que la música es demasiado fuerte exagerado de no poder dormir más el calor , solo te dan jabón para un solo día , no hay shampo ni jabón de manos ni tampoco te cambian las toallas si no las pides , la verdad de hotel no tiene nada es un motel .

No se ofrecieron las "bebidas para 2" como aparecía en la reserva, al fin, después de insistir, nos brindaron una botella de H2O
