Limited dining and transportation Over priced as well I paid through expedia for a 2 day stay and was charged twice the price for a room that was provided and the staff offered no help to fix situation even though there were bunch of empty rooms i left after 1 day At 10 pm electricity cut out was a very hot night had no internet or any way to charge any of my electronics None of the staff seem to be happy to be there i had to eat and drink what they have to offer menu is very limited and over priced seems they are just after the money not to provide great hospitality paid for my food and drinks before checkout with a tiny tip and asked if we were good and the lady said no after she just printed out and verbally told me how much i owed i dont know if she expected more money or forgot what she just told me i owed! 0 stars all around

You can make it to Campano in a small car. You can park your car at Campano. From there to the hotel there is paid 4x4 transportation: 20.000 pesos per person.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel loma nevada fue maravillosa, célebre el aniversario con mi esposa y la pasamos muy bien, tranquilos, desconectados de todo, tal como lo queríamos, es un lugar para descansar, con una vista y clima espectacular, la comida es muy buena y el personal de servicio muy amables, ¡Volveremos!Recomendado 👍

This place is an absolute dream. The cabins and balconies overlooking the mountains and ocean down below are picturesque and so peaceful. The staff is absolutely incredible and the fact that I could choose to take my meals in the beautiful restaurant with incredible views or have them delivered to my room was perfect. I even received a WhatsApp message at 7a my first morning asking if he could bring me a coffee to my room. They are so helpful and so kind. I stayed for 4 nights, spent my days reading and working on my balcony with a blanket and coffee flowing, walking the incredible roadways around the hotel and lounging at the pool. I was so incredibly relaxed and happy. It is an extra trek up the mountain from Minca, but mototaxis make it easy to get up and down. I made the choice not to leave the property for the duration of my stay but be prepared for the seclusion. I preferred it this way ;) Unbelievable spot. Unbelievable beauty of Minca. Unbelievable staff. This is a spot I will return to again and again when I am in need of a quiet and restful getaway.

Best personal ever! The service was amazing and as I traveled alone they made me feel super welcome. Even made some friends with some of the workers! Hotel was beautiful aswell with an amazing view, and the food delicious. Just keep in mind that the last kilometers up the mountain are pretty brutal and you need either a 4x4 car or moto to get up!
