Beautiful hotel great location great breakfast

Firstly, the hotel is located in a good location however, it is directly on a main road so if you are a light sleeper, you won’t get much rest. Secondly the room was clean and modern. That’s as good as it gets. Laundry and Gym area where only available from 9am to 9pm and you had to ask security for a key. No iron or ironing board was in room, nor did they think to have some that can be borrowed. You put jacuzzis on the roof but couldn’t buy irons so person could press their clothing? I requested housekeeping and towels from the host via WhatsApp on Saturday. They did not reply to me until Sunday and told me that towels are not refreshed/replaced and went on to tell me that I would have to go wash the towels I already had in the laundry area. What kind of hospitality is this? You are advertising a product but only providing the bare minimum. Towels are a basic amenity. I was left disappointed with the experience and thanked god that I was not staying any longer. I will not be booking this suite again. Bye

Beautiful apartment at a great location, near restaurants, mall and public buses. Will stay here again in the future.

No tienen recepcion 24/7, solo hasta las 11pm , Y solo se comunican por expedia, si no se te ocurre y no entras a revisar los mensajes de expedia, no te enteras (No correo, no whats app, solo mensaje de expedia), llegamos a las 12Pm y ya nadie daba acceso, tuvimos que buscar y pagar otro hotel. no se prestaron a realizar el reembolso de la noche que no se ocupo. muy malo para estos tiempos y estandares de servicio

Todo muy bueno e identico a la foto. Lo único que recomiendo es tener toallas adicionales para cuando se utilice el jacuzi y no tener que utilizar la misma toalla con la que te secas al bañarte.

There are new rules in place. We weren’t informed before arrival, for example the use of the laundry area is now charged as well as the room cleaning service. Other than that it was pretty nice

Beautifully decorated, spacious apartments with beautiful views of Medellín. A nice rooftop terrace with jacuzzis, a good breakfast to get your day started and wonderful, friendly and welcoming staff. A safe, walkable area with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooms are only cleaned upon request for an additional fee. I will stay here again next time I visit Medellin.

Yes clean room, kitchen was equipped with the necessary, the two guys who prepare the meal , they were excellent

I had a fantastic stay. The studio was spacious, clean, and modern, and the location was great with restaurants and a shopping centre nearby. Although it’s next to a busy street, you don’t hear any noise once inside. Getting around was easy and affordable. The rooftop was amazing with great views and two hot tubs, even though I didn’t get the chance to use them. The staff were lovely with excellent communication from start to finish, and the breakfast wasn’t bad either. I’d definitely stay here again!

Todo estaba super bien, la única mala experiencia que tuve es que olvidé algo de ropa en el lugar pero cuando pregunté por la ropa que olvidé, no mencionaron un pantalón que dejé y la persona que reportó la ropa que olvidé, seguramente se lo quedó.

O quarto é ótimo. Embora a rua seja muito movimentada, o quarto é totalmente silencioso e agradável. A equipe foi muito hospitaleira, os seguranças que nos atenderam pela manhã e à noite foram muito simpáticos. A equipe do coworking também é muito gentil. Gostamos bastante do nosso momento neste hotel e recomendamos muito.

La habitación está nueva, electrodomésticos nuevos, agua caliente y fria, luces, airw acondicionado perfecto, decoración mininalista, todo estuvo 10/10

La habitación estaba limpia, el edificio es muy tranquilo, la señal del internet es muy buena lo cual es beneficioso para los que requieren trabajar durante su estadía. El personal es increíble sobre todo el de la cafetería, la Señora Peggy te hace sentir en casa y te protege como solo una madre protegería sus hijos de igual forma los jovenes de la cafetería el nombre de uno es Sebastián son super atentos, amables y respetuosos, ellos poseen una calidez humana excepcional y genuina.
