Muy buen lugar para descansar y desconectarse en pareja! No muy lejos de Medellín y fácil de llegar!!

El servicio pésimo. Camilo el administrador nos puso mil y un trabas. Literal parecía que no quisiera que uno fuera. No avisan que se prohíbe llevar alimentos ni bebidas sino hasta después de pagar y si llevas algo tienes que pagar 100mil pesos de multa.

Beautiful place but lots of hidden costs and management will openly lie to you to squeeze money out of you. Value far from worth it at the current price. If you do decide to say, I advise one night only as there isn't much to do and the additional costs (overpriced mediocre food with no other restaurants around) will leave a dent in your wallet. I prepaid the room, I called that morning to confirm we were arriving between 3 and 5pm. They said someone would be there. I arrived at 4:20. There was nobody. I called both their numbers multiple times and left messages. Nobody answered. I spent 10 minutes in the rain wandering the place, shouting and looking for someone. At 4:36pm I gave up and left. I paid 2 tolls to get there, 2 tolls to leave again. And finally at 5:02 someone calls me back. By that time I had already paid the 4 tolls and was back in the city and lost almost 2 hours. He says I should come back. I refuse. He says I was negligent for having left, that I should have just waited there in the cold & rain however long it took for him to wake up or come back. Then he says it really was not 30 minutes and that he called me back while I was leaving. So I send him screenshots on Whatsapp with the times of the calls proving that this is a total lie, and I dare him to send me back a screenshot from his phone showing where he called me back shortly after my calls. Of course, he refuses and then stops responding. Pague la habitación, llamé en la mañana para confirmar que llegamos por el checkin entre las 3 y las 5 de la tarde. Dijeron que alguien estaría allí. Llegué a las 4:20. No habia nadie. Llamé a sus moviles varias veces y dejé mensajes. Nadie respondió. Pasé 10 minutos bajo la lluvia vagando por el lugar, gritando y buscando a alguien.

It was incredible! The view, the atypical room and bathroom, the nicely couple (owner). It was clean, they showed us a beautiful view and they prepared a nicely dinner and breakfast! Just in case anticipate for cold clothes because the nights are very fresh !!!
