너무 조용하고 깨끗하고 직원분들이 세심하고 친절해요. 하루 끝자락에 수건 더 필요한지 청소 더 필요한지 물어봐주는건 너무 좋았어요

Sofitel hermosooooo excelente la atención la comida deliciosa pero menos la ida ya sea por maritima o tierra horrible experiencia el camino por dónde sea que llegues al lugar y de regreso igual por mar llegas todo lastimado de las robotadas de la lancha horrible y por tierra igual el camino en extremo mal estado

Great place to relax

El lugar es espectacular. El hotel inmejorable. El acceso por tierra es complicado. La comida es costosa. Pero es excelente.

As mentioned before, the road to the Sofitel Baru was rocky. We vowed to take the boat back. It is the perfect place to go for rest and relaxation. Other than that, not much to do. The property is self is beautiful and well maintained. The staff will go out of their way to ensure the comfort in your stay. The breakfast buffet was diverse and plentiful. We found ourselves dining at Restaurant Bahia mostly because the food was consistently tasty. Dinner at Humo was overpriced and bland. The fish at the restaurants were never fresh. Seemed frozened, microwaved to thaw then, cooked. We were disappointed in the food.

The service here is top tier. They were so accommodating and ensure that each guest receives the best service.

This is probably one of the best hotel reaper experiences I’ve had to date. The customer service is superb. They literally wait on you hand and foot. The food is delicious at Calablanca. The free activities are endless and then the resort itself is very clean, beautiful, peaceful and very modern. 1000/1000

The property, the food and the staff was excellent. We had an unforgettable vacation. My wife and I were celebrating twenty years of marriage, and we were very happy with Sofitel, Baru as our choice for our stay.

Great resort hotel with nice beach. Family friendly. Breakfast is amazing. Just wished transportation (by car) from airport to the hotel to be in better condition. Boat transportation not always fits with flights schedule.
