Bathroom tub disgusting and moldy No shower head 1 towel Missing tile with 12x12 hole under tub Black mold which removed drywall above the ac Dry wall tape peeling off the ceiling Back door trim and casing broken like it got kicked in, with gaping holes to let bugs in Pool hasn’t been used in years whole place in disrepair should be bulldozed And sadly a walk way with a giant bar has a German shepherd there 24/7 that lunges and barks at you every time you walk by. This was our first night in Costa Rica….Not impressed! The owners looked like they gave up years ago. I can’t believe any site would advertise this!

Every thing was dirty, very run down hotel, upon arrival I spent 30 minutes while they looked for my reservation. Bugs can easily access the room, the shower had no hot water or even a functioning shower head. There was literally a bucket I assume to help you bathe. The beds were hard, walls had cobwebs. Worst stay of my life.

I get there a little past 7pm. and there is no receptionist only the guard. He looks me up on a list and I’m not there so he sends me away. I had to beg him to please call someone because I did already pay through Expedia and had no other place to go. After a while I finally got a room. This place is in horrible condition it’s about to collapse. There’s mold everywhere. I thought the roof was going to fall on me. And because of it there were mosquitos inside coming in through these holes of mold. I couldnt sleep it seemed like the bed cover hasn’t been washed in a while I was grossed out. Unless it’s an extreme emergency and you have nowhere else’s to go, like in my case, don’t stay here.

The room was dirty and had mould , the bathroom was mouldy and bath was stained , no shower head .we originally booked 2 nights but stayed 1 and we wouldn't have stayed 1 night but it was too late to find somewhere else !

ES UNA ESTAFA. EL HOTEL ESTÁ EN ESTADO DE ABANDONO SIN AGUA PARA PODER BAÑARME EN LA DUCHA. SIN INSTALACIÓN DE AGUA CALIENTE NO LIMPIARON LA HABITACIÓN EN 4 DÍAS NO RETIRARON EL PAPEL SANITARIO DEL BAÑO NO CAMBIARON TOALLAS LA HABITACIÓN SALE MUCHO MÁS BARATA EN EL MOSTRADOR.

Please save yourselves the money. I’ve been traveling for a while and this property looked abandoned, even our driver was concerned. 1. Super dirty. We never took our shoes off because the floors and everything was dirty. Including keeping our sandals on in the shower. Sheets were stained with old blood or poop, hard to tell. Towel was visibly dirty and stained. 2 the “shower/tub” was in disrepair and literally a pipe out of the wall. Couldn’t close the shower door and it was questionable how long the “soap” dispenser was there. 3. Mould around the a/c so we didn’t even turn it on. The hairdryer was broken. 4 super noisy, paper thin walls and construction all around the hotel. 5. No pool or restaurant. Both were in severe disrepair and haven’t been functioning in decades. 6. Ants in the room, including I had them crawling on me and waking me up several times. 7 limited time staff is there and main person didn’t speak any English. The one maid seemed nice but again everything was super dirty and we only got 1 dirty towel for two people.

Fine for the price and our needs but very run down and not very clean. Staff was excellent. If you're looking for a really cheap place and aren't particular, it'll do.

Hotel del terror, oscuro, sucio e inseguro. Cuartos con dos puertas sin cerrojo, Baños extremadamente sucios, toallas que parecen trapo de piso, el staff (2 hombres) cero agradable, no dormí ahí me fui y no reconocieron mi reembolso

El hotel esta muy deteriorado, falta mantenimiento. Contrasta con personal muy amable y colaborador

Hotel is in very bad condition, he had to change rooms since the toilet was working, and the new room’s was in bad condition also. Beds are terrible, very old and worn out, you could feel every single spring. Avoid this hotel at all cost unless you are on a very very very tight budget or desperate need for an emergency place to stay for no more than 1 night.

Bad info from staff, dirty in front of check in and not service around, not even did a check in due to info from staff telling me that they were running out of power twice that day so i walked away. Bad mood elderly guy from staff.

It's a great option if you want to save some money. The staff are amazing and it's a quiet and safe place with security. It's my second time staying there and it's great 👍

It is an inexpensive, clean place, within walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach. Excellent and helpful staff. Clean and safe with security.

It was close to where we needed to be to meet family and friends. I didn't like all the traffic noise as our room was so close to busy street.We only needed a room for the night so it was ok.

El problema es que está muy abandonado el Hotel. Mi habitación por ejemplo no tenía ducha. La cama era dura sentía los resortes en mi espalda y se escuchan los carros de la calle mucho.
