Bien, pero el parqueo es el del centro comercial, ellos asumen el tiquete, pero si no puedes quitar el Quick pass, tienes que costearlo El Hotel Está lindo

Jefferson, Ramon, and Daniella were amazing fro the very beginning of our short stay to the end. The property is beautiful and accommodating. The location with the restaurants is perfect so you don't have to go far. The room cleanliness and amenities were outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

Todo fue excelente

Very nice clean up to standard hotel. Unfortunately they don't have a pool and room service is horrible. Their menu selection was limited but even then the food was not that good. Twice they missed my order and brought wrong food. Maid service was excellent. They kept my room clean and fully stocked. Valet and guest relations were also excellent 👌 👏

Unique Costa Rica feel (decor and food) to the hotel while maintaining Hyatt high standards.

The staff was very friendly. Very modernize rooms and clean. Definitely will stay there again!

So we reserved 4 rooms for a family trip. The hotel is quite beautiful with a great bar and facility staff. Plaza Tempo next door had phenomenal food court options. The Hyatt buffet breakfast is really good, and our attendant Carlos even did a fresh coffee colado for our group. The only issue we had was one of our room didn't have a properly functioning AC thermostat. We complained to the night staff and they really didnt do much untill we kept calling. Eventually they moved one of our group to another room. Over all I would use this hotel again.

Location

The hotel was very nice and in good location near restaurants and shopping. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Salvatore the food and beverage manager went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and provide us with good service.

Erinomainen hotelli, erityisesti lämpimän ja välittömän palvelun ansiosta. Henkilökunta halusi auttaa kaikissa tarvitsemissani asioissa ja kuulla kokemuksistani. Ravintolan ja aamiaisen taso myös erittäin hyvä. En yleensä koskaan anna sanallisia arvioita hotelleista, mutta tämä hotelli ja sen henkilökunta ansaitsivat sen. Tulisin ehdottomasti uudelleen.
