Wonderful place to stay, clean, staff was wonderful, monkeys outside everyday! Breakfast was delicious!

La habitación es muy grande, limpia y linda, las camas muy confortables. La piscina en perfectas condiciones, y horario de uso incluso hasta las 10 pm, entonces se puede disfrutar en la noche. Todo el personal super amable y atentos, muy buenos desayunos y la comida del restaurante excelente también.. la ubicación es muy buena, con acceso a la parte sur de Sámara dejando el carro en el parqueo y super cerca de playa Carrillo.. felicidades, excelente hotel, personal y servicio.. 10/10, para volver sin dudas, no se arrepentirán..

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotels beach was not really kid friendly, or even adult friendly. (at least not for me) There was no space to put our towels and beach accessories. We walked about 5 extra minutes to get to the other side of the beach, which was in front of another hotel and it was a little nicer there. There was a beach about 5 min away (by car), from the hotel (Playa Carillo), and it was BEAUTIFUL! Brian, the manager was so kind to give us a ride in his personal car because my daughters foot was injured and we couldn't walk there. There were some foods that we ordered that were subpar, but there were some foods that were absolutely delicious (the fish, burger, ceviche). I really enjoyed the fish !! The drinks (virgin, and alcoholic) were so refreshing and yummy. I loved every single one that they would make for me. The breakfast was okay. The French toast was yummy and the fruits were fresh and juicy. The staff was super accommodating and everything was pretty clean. If you ask me, id recommend that they get a gold cart or similar, to get to a from the beach on site. (but maybe I'm just lazy). Their shuttle service was punctual, and clean. The excursions are pretty close (about 5 to 10 min away), and they were amazing ! All in all , it was an awesome trip/stay. I would definitely go back.

Staff is fantastic! The breakfast consisted of 3-4 choices and very good. AC works well.

Was a bit disappointed with our stay here. I’d read that the rooms were a bit dated, but it was rundown in aspects as well. The window in our bathroom had a broken hinge, the towels were old and tattered, the faucet discoloured, but the worst part was the bugs in the room. There was an ant (?) infestation - they’d burrowed a few holes into the bathroom doorframe and they were coming in and out of them and we found them in various places around the room. There were other various bugs we found over the three nights, so never felt settled. I know this is a tropical area, but we didn’t encounter this to this degree elsewhere. That said, the staff were very nice and when we went to the front desk about the ants they came and sprayed the room. Unfortunately, we still found stragglers and other new bugs during the rest of our stay. The hotel is within walking distance to a beach, but we ultimately preferred other beaches with vendors and amenities, which required a drive either to Carrillo or central Samara.

The place is only a couple minute walk to Samara Beach and about a 4 minute drive to Carillo Beach. Both are fantastic! The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and help you select some great adventures without getting ripped off. The food is top notch (and reasonably priced). Other restaurants are nearby too. The pool is small, but adequate to take a dip. The room was clean, and the A/C was great. There was a lot of room (we stayed in the King Suite The wifi was accessible everywhere on property, making staying connected to home and sharing our adventures on social easy. It also feels very private. The only downside comes down to preference. The bed was hard as a rock. If you like a firm bed, then perfect. We like medium firm. Maybe they would've had a mattress topper if we asked. But we persevered. Otherwise, for the price, this is an amazing find.

Great value for our getaway.

Parking was easy and secure. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt at home here. The restaurant was good. The property has small maintenance issues, like not all lights in rooms work, or some curtains are difficult to pull. But this is minor. I highly recommend these accommodations.

Great staff, really friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size, clean and comfy. Same parking. Nice breakfast. Super close to very secluded beach. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything from location to service was fabulous!

The room was good and spacious. The swimming pool was very good. Close to the beach, in particular to Playa Carillo. Breakfast is good. Diner is clearly not at the level. frozen food, not typical and the lowest during your stay in costa rica

The staff was great, the rooms were great, the food was amazing! Walking distance from Samara Beach. Incredible stay!

This property was everything we could ask for. Upon arrival, Brian, the front desk manager gave us a wonderful briefing explaining everything well and the property has a nice beach an easy walk in one direction where the sunset view is incredible. Head out the other direction just a short drive (or a long walk) and you have Carillo, an incredible beach that is lined with palm trees and so wide and expansive it almost seems private. The hotel room was great and the breakfast was perfect, served around the pool area each morning. A very relaxing, accomodating place, I will definitely stay at again when visiting that area

Staff is very courteous. Clean room. Beautiful grounds. Expect limited seating around the pool because this area is small. Ocean is a flat 5 minute walk. Restaurant was delicious. Free breakfast with choices was a bonus. This small hotel does everything right.

Nice size room with all amenities required & cleaned daily. Very quaint hotel, lovely pool. Restaurant is nice and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. 2 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Large spotless room with plenty of space for belongings and comfortable bed. Private porch with chairs and table. Nice pool with chaise lounges and tables to eat surrounding it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Because we needed to leave at 5am they kindly made up breakfast boxes for us the night before. Short walk to a lovely beach where we swam and snorkeled. Wonderful hotel!

The facility is terrific with large clean rooms. Good breakfast and dinner menu
