Sehr schöne Lage und schöne Aussicht. Sehr hellhörig aber da sehr zentral ist.

Perfect location in old city at a reasonable price. However, this apt need a lot of care. The toilet paper holder was broken, the bathroom cabinets were all heavily chipped, the shower rod is is held up with a scrap of cloth and the shower curtain is old and heavily stained from use, the shower handle leaks heavily. The air conditioning filters need to be cleaned. The main door to the building doesn’t lock and the apt only has one small lock on it. Having said all this the view from bedroom and kitchen is GORGEOUS and you’re in the middle of the most beautiful part of the city. The communications were helpful and friendly.

The apartment location in Old Town was close to everything- easy walk to restaurants, Stradum, Jesuit Steps (you can see them from the apartment) and a grocery store. From the kitchen and living room windows, we looked down onto the local farmers market. It was a treat to buy fruit for breakfast and local crafts. It was fun to people watch too. We stayed for 5 nights and the apartment was a perfect home base for exploring Dubrovnik.

Family vacation - Great place to stay , right in the heart of town. Downside is , can hear people talking outside (windows not sound proof) . Other than that , it’s great

Convenient and within walk distance of major attractions.

Perfect location to experience life in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The apartment overlooks an historic square and the Jesuit Steps (aka Steps of Shame from the series Game of Thrones). Communication with host was excellent and issues were taken care of immediately.

Appartement Royale est très bien situé, au cœur de l’action. Assez grand 2 ch., cuisine très bien équipée; facile à trouver près de la Gate Ploce et à 15 min de marche de la Pile Gate; communication facile avec l’agente; pas de marches pour s’y rendre contrairement à bien des airbnb; près de tous les restos et attraits touristiques; laveuse très pratique; lits assez confortables sauf les oreillers trop dures et gros; bémol : stationnement seulement à l’extérieur des Portes, taxi de l’aéroport 45 euros, et appartement bruyant tôt le matin à l’ouverture des restos et le soir car près des bars, rideau de douche à changer ! Mais en général satisfaisant pour un court séjour sauf pour le bruit. N’oubliez pas vos bouche-oreilles.

Location, location, location!

As others have noted, it’s hard to fault the location of this property. I’ve stayed in Dubrovnik three times but this is the first time I’ve based myself in the old town and it’s great to be able to walk out to a local bar/restaurant/shop or any of the sights quickly and easily. Host had good communications and staff were available to meet us and explain everything. It’s got plenty of space with two rooms ideal for four people and is clean and mostly well equipped. However, a few small things that are worth noting/could be improved: - There was no corkscrew for wine bottles!!! I’m sure we’re not the only couple to buy a bottle of the lovely local wine to enjoy at the apartment. But there was no way to open it. We searched everywhere and then had to trawl the shops without any luck! Finally we had to use other cutlery to push the cork in! It seems a really obvious thing to have and would have made life much easier!! - some tea/coffee would be a nice touch. I know it’s not expected, but we’d just arrived from another apartment which did provide this and it was great to be able to have a coffee in the morning - without meeting the staff to guide you, it’s very difficult to find the apartment entrance as the map doesnt really indicate where the doorway is - could be better explained - understandably the city centre is noisy - people drinking in the square until after midnight and workers from about 6am. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer the windows open, note this

The location, apartment, was perfect. We had a good stayed. It is a 2 bedroom apartment, well equipped. I recommend it.

Excellent service, very comfortable apartment right in the center of old town

The apartment was in the middle of the old Town which was great as it was close to everything.
