중심거리에 바로 있어서 접근성이 아주 좋고 늦은시간에도 다니깇불편하지 않았어요 아파트먼트라 주인과 연락이 잘 되어야 어렵지 않게 찾을수 있을거 같은데 다행히 연락이 잘되서 어렵지 않았어요 그리고 주인분이 주차장을 직접찾아주셔서 주변 공영주차장에 금방 주차할수있었어요^^

호스트가 친절하고 위치도 구시가지 중심이어서 좋습니다.

예상외로 깨끗하나 엘리베이터가 없어서 오르고 내리기 힘듦. 그외 공용주차장에서 가깝고 중심부에 위치하고 있어 주변시설 이용에 편리함

길을못찾아서 헤매었는데 아들분이 웃으면서 데릴러나와주시고 룸안내도 굉장히 친절하고 뷰도 시티뷰이긴하지만 성당도보이고 너무좋았어요 방도 너무깨끗했어요

화장지 품질이 좋음. 전자렌지 없음. 부티크 호텔 같음. 금고와 냉장고 있음. 욕실 크고 좋음.

Todo espectacular, Marín muy atento y amable. El lugar tiene una ubicación privilegiada, mientras viajas pasas al departamento a dejar cosas, usar el baño, lo que necesites por lo bien ubicado que está.

The apartment has everything that we needed. Very clean and great location. Marin was a great host and very accommodating.

The host was excellent at communication, welcome, induction of the property and local knowledge. The apartment is well equipped (though we didn’t cook) and clean. Please note that there are three flights of stairs to reach the apartment and no lift. It should also be noted that it is based in a pedestrianised area not accessible by car and so you must park in the public parking areas on the outskirts. They are all reasonably close-by but chargeable parking is extremely difficult with few spaces available. This probably depends on the day and time of your arrival. If the view from your balcony is important to you - check on the actual view from your apartment, as some of the photographs use views from other apartments and not the one you are actually booking, which can be disappointing. In terms of location, everything is literally on the doorstep and there are plenty of local dining options, shopping and bars. We particularly appreciated being able to visit the sea organ at different times of the day and evening.

This is a great apartment, ideally located in the centre of the old town. Well presented and close to bars, cafes, shops and many ice cream shops!

Fantastic studio, very comfortable and well equipped. It couldn't be more central to Old Town Zadar, with all main sights within a few minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and bars very close by. Lay out and decoration of studio and bathroom is very well done, small and compact, but tastefully designed and comfortable. Our host was welcoming and very easy to get in touch with. He gave us recommendations around Zadar, and was so helpful with additional information during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. (Only thing to note is the studio is up 63 stairs, so be aware if you have any mobility or access issues)

Bygningen kan give et indtryk af lejligheden. Lejligheden er fin og i god stand. Den ligger meget centralt i den gamle bydel og serværdighederne ligger i kort gå afstand. Der er ingen reception så man skal kontakte udlejeren som var fremme i løbet af 5-10 minutter. Der er fuld valuta for pengene. Kan klart anbefales.

Loved the place right in the middle of old town Host was very responsive

The apartment is situated in Old Town Zadar, wirh the entrance is hidden behind a restaurant, so may have been tricky to find without the owners help. We were met at the airport by Mario, who was really helpful and he provided us with lots of local information. The apartment is up 4 flights of stairs with no lift, so we were grateful for Marios help with luggage. The room is small but nicely decorated. There are bifold doors opening on to the street, but there is quite a bit of city noise from below. It is in a great position for exploring Zadar & is central for bars, restaurants & sea organ. Basic accommodation, but was ideal for our short stay

Could not be located in a better spot. Right on the Main Street. Top high end room, excellent

Apartment is upstairs in Old Town and parking is difficult, meaning your have to carry your luggage quite a ways and then up 3 flights of stairs. Restaurants and shopping are abundant in Old Town

This is a totally new modern apartment in the heart of the city. The location was superb, and our street view was fantastic! The host was very nice and helpful. Parking was a five minute walk and right on the waterfront. We walked past our apartment location several times day and night. That’s how incredibly convenient it was.

Very nice Apartment in the Center of the old town. It is modern and nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable.
