두브로브니크에서는 멀었지만 차브타트에서 또다른 힐링 사람많은 두브로브니크 보다 적당하고 조용한 차브타트가 너무 좋았음
인테리어가 너무 멋졌고 깨끗하고 청결함에 기분까지 좋아짐. 세탁,프린트,공한셔틀서비스,수영장 등 편의 시설이 너무 잘되어있었고, 숙소앞 버스 정류장에서 버스타고 두브로브니크까지 이동할수있어서 전혀 거리는 문제되지 않음. 무엇보다 너무 깨끗, 친절^^

렌트카를 이용하시는 분들은 이 호텔이 아주 좋을 것으로 생각됩니다. 두브로브니크 시내애서 약 30분 공항쪽으로 가면 되는데, 아주 깨끗하고 커피도 무료제공되고 주임도 내우 친절합니다. 단 숙박료를 현금으로만 받습니다. 현지 환율이 매우 안 좋아서 달러나 유로로 지급하는 것이 유리하며, 아니면 예약 할때 미리 지급하는 것이 좋습니다.
시내 나갈 때는 버스를 아용하면 아주 편리합니다. 맹 만족함.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Der Poolbereich war sehr gemütlich und es gibt Poolhandtücher. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, man braucht ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt runter. Das konnte auf dem Rückweg bergauf schonmal etwas anstrengend werden. Etwas negativ ist vielleicht, dass es im Zimmer ein kleines Armeisen-Problem gibt. Uns hat es aber nicht allzu sehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und würden auch wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Villa Luka‘s! :)

We were very disappointed with the room. We felt deceived by what we had been promised and what was delivered. And when we asked about it, they just seemed not to care that it was an anniversary trip and did nothing to make our stay better. Even when we told them we were not happy they did nothing to make us feel better. We certainly will not stay there again. Staying there was a big letdown to end our trip with.

The villa is just 10 minutes walking to Cavtat center. Room was cleaned as well as the pool. They provide towels for sauna and pool. Only note the pool opens at 9am and closes at 7 pm . We would have liked to stay for long especially considering that during the day we wanted to visit dubrovnik or the islands. Also in the room there were no free coffee or tea to be used with the provided kettle neither in the comunal kitchen. As an overall it was a nice experience.

The hotel(apartment) was great. It's in a quiet location, 15 min walk to Cavtat downtown. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and nice. There was a jacuzzi too. Definitely recommend checking out Cavtat as it's really beautiful and you can easily get a boat transport to Old Town Dubrenik. Cheaper option than Uber and more fun too.

One of the best places I have stayed. The staff were so friendly and helpful both on arrival and departure, allowing us to check in when our room was ready rather than having to wait until the official check in time. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and much needed given how hot it was. The ice machine was also very welcome. There is a well-equipped gym with a treadmill, bike, elliptical/cross-trainer, weights, foam roller, TRX and ab machine, although I didn't have time to use it unfortunately. It is close to the grocery store if you want to make your own food but there are plenty of restaurants in the town centre which is a 10 min walk. There is a restaurant close by which is also very good. A really lovely place to stay.

We lived our brief stay at Villa Lukas and wish it were longer! We booked to be close to the airport and found a beautiful property close to town, Cavtat! We enjoyed strolling along the water and the several restaurants to choose from!!
The hosts were wonderful and extremely responsive with communication! We highly recommend Villa Lukas and we look forward to returning!!

We had a one bed ground floor apartment that was a nice size. The owner let us check in early which was great. The swimming pool is small but there were plenty of sunbeds. It was easy to park there as there are eight spaces. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to Cavtat harbour but it is a steep hill on the way back. Regular shuttle boats to Dubrovnik or you can just get the bus there and back as the bus stop is about 200m from the apartment.

First place we stayed in Croatia. Lovely apartment. Balcony. Quiet. Nice enough view, some landscaping/construction going on. A bit of a walk to the wharf area but a nice walk.
Host very personable and helpful, lived close by. A very nice property, would recommend.

Splendid apartments. We stayed in one of the Gallery rooms which is situated on the top floor with the bed on the upper floor. Views from the balcony area was gorgeous. The host Irene was so welcoming and helpful. The pool area was immaculately clean and well maintained, plenty of loungers and umbrellas and the hot tub was a great addition but we didn't really use it.
There is some construction work opposite which was not in anyway the fault of the owners but the noise was horrendous. It's believed this will be brought to a stop on June 1st and begin again in October.
Cavtat is such a charming town this was our 3rd visit to the area.
We would definitely stay again, its proximity to the town is ideal and apartments beautiful.

Excellent apartment, the host was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was clean, the pool and hot tub was a great facility. We did not have time to use the gym or sauna.i would recommend and plan to return in the future.

Pretty nice kitchenette, decent space with a balcony. View was pretty obstructed from room 3, boats were being stored and some construction going on, but technically could see the sea. Convenient location within walking distance from the many cute, seaside restaurants, though definitely some hills to walk back up. Comfortable bed and small shower but with good water pressure. Pool was small but looked to be a decent amount of lounge chairs—was rainy when we were there for just a quick afternoon and overnight. Room had AC but I still got pretty warm at night. You check in via a phone downstairs. No issues with noise from other guests!

The owners are great people and very helpful and pleasant. They genuinely want to help and provide the best service. They offered to drive us to the airport if the uber didn’t show at 5am, that’s above and beyond! It is a little bit of an uphill hike from the city below but it’s worth the peace and quiet. They should maybe rent e-bikes for the little journey, just a thought.
I would stay here again.
