Everything you need and more in the perfect location to explore split

We had everything we needed for our staying there!!! The only thing that was difficult is that we needed to wait until 3.30 p.m. when she sent the video with the access. 😨

Large space for the money, comfortable bed and for where it was, with ac on and windows closed -quiet! There are 2places associated with this listing so make sure you go to your one. Instructions were not clear. The property’s entry codes were the same for both properties and we walked in on the other suite to drop our bags off and the occupants were in bed!

Characterful property right in the centre of the old town, large comfortable bed and well equipped bedroom, living room, mini kitchen area and wonderful hot shower. Perfect accommodation for exploring the area with a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops as well as the sea front board walk and a lovely sandy beach with safe swimming, I highly recommend,

Great apartment in the heart of Split. Walkable to promenade, amazing restaurants. Clean. The only minus was the steps to the apartments ( outside) birds …. Need some cleaning

Location is amazing. Lots of food and shopping just at the door step. The unit was good size for 2 people. Air conditioning works well. Downside is the bed, pillow and bedding were very old. I kept getting breakouts on my face sleeping on those pillows. Pillow and bed were also very stiff and I did not sleep well. The hot water is only enough for 1, so we had to wait between showers. We opened the windows when we first arrived and a swarm of flies came in. So we kept the windows closed the entire time bit after the first night a lot of flies started showing up, unsure where they were coming from. That was very uncomfortable. There is no elevators and no air conditioning in the stairwells so be prepared for a workout with large luggages. Overall I would not stay here again but I would recommend to those who are not picky because the cost for location is good.

Super quiet yet in the middle of everything. Loved this apartment. Tv was not working but they fixed it the next day. Would stay here again.

I had a great stay at this lovely apartment. The location is great and super convenient, while the apartment is gorgeous. The check in was easy and the staff was super helpful. They even arranged transfer from the airport, who dropped me off at the door so was fuss free. I would not hesitate to book this place again.

This apartment is in a great location within the original Diocletian’s Palace. There are lots of restaurants to choose from nearby and you can walk to everything within Old Town Split. The apartment was clean and spacious with a good small kitchenette. The only thing we missed was a coffee maker but there are plenty of cafes nearby. We had issues with the air conditioning and the team were quick to respond and repair the issue. They even offered to move us whilst the repairs went on (we didn’t as we were out sightseeing anyway) and gave us breakfast at a nearby hotel for the duration of our stay by way of apology. Thank you for a great stay.

Location, location, location!

A lovely spacious apartment in a great location - so close to all the main sites in Split! We really enjoyed our stay here!

A great central place to stay -we could walk everywhere. It was definitely worth getting the transport from the airport as we were taken to the apartment by our taxi driver. If you get your own transport, it may be difficult to find as it is all pedestrianised.

Very satisfactory - location ideal in the heart of Diocletian's Palace. Up a few floors with no lift - not ideal for someone who is not physically fit and cannot carry a heavy suitcase up a few stairs. Otherwise highly recommended.

Clean, spacious, centrally located, good AC, comfortable bed Ants in kitchen. We notified host in the morning after our first night. The cleaners were “too busy” to address it that day. The next day (halfway through our 4 nights) the ants were cleaned and didn’t come back. Shower didn’t drain well and we also had to wait 2 nights for this to be addressed. Stairwell and hallway were noisy - other guests came back to the building at 4am and were loud and woke us up. Kitchen could have some more supplies for cooking. No dish towels until we asked for some. Toilet ran about every 15 seconds for all 4 days we were there. We asked for it to be fixed after the first night but it was never fixed. It drove us crazy. The place has good potential but too many things were not great for us.

El departamento es muy comodo. Bien decorado y con todo lo necesario. Nos organizaron traslado desde el aeropuerto. Perfecto. Es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Muy bien ubicado para recorrer la ciudad caminado a todos lados incluso al Ferry. Solo advertir que hay escaleras para acceder al mismo.Muy comun en la ciudad por ser el centro historico.

Very clean property, decent sized rooms, shower bit small but not really a problem. Helpful staff over messaging service. Very central location which was great as meant could pop back to apartment in day, particularly useful due to all the rain and changing temperatures. As so central is some noise from cafes and people but not excessive and expected this and can close windows and use air con if needed. Bed comfy, had everything we needed with hairdryer, fridge and kitchen utensils etc. Some really great restaurants nearby, would recommend Biba and Bokeria also Dujam on waterfront. Accommodation also arranged transfer from airport for us and not expensive. Driver Leon was great and gave us history of Croatia which was really interesting. He walked us through to apartment as no cars allowed near it as within old town/palace- short walk but think would have struggled to find it without him. He then helped us gain entry with codes from hosts. Would recommend this as place to stay when you visit the beautiful Split. 2 flights of stairs up, no lift so not recommended if mobility problems.
