룸 컨디션이 가격대비 별로. 두브로브니크가 비싸긴 하지만 에어컨도 잘 안되고, 2박했는데 방청소도 해주지 않아 요청했음에도 쓰레기는 버리지 않음. 리셉션 직원은 매우 친절했지만 다시는 이 곳에 숙박하지 않을 겁니다.

항구에서 가까워서 선택했어요~ 찻길이라 조용하진 않지만 테라스가 넓어서 좋았어요 케이블카 앞 공항버스 정류장으로 가는 8번 버스가 호텔앞에 있어요ㅋ

이불이 굉장히 부드럽고 편했음 베란다에서 보는 야경이 멋있었음 직원들 매우 친절함 버스정류장이랑 가깝고 올드타운이랑은 멂 약간 오래된 것 같긴한데 전체적으로 깔끔 조식은 별로였음

직원들이 친절하고 특히 조식이 깔끔하고 훌륭함. Old town까지 버스가 있어 이동이 편리함.

Dear Hotel Berkeley Manager or Owner I stayed 2 nights at your hotel with my wife, last June. I experienced very bad situation at your morning restaurant. When I picked small ham with a picker and cheese of 2 pieces with same picker inside the plastic box (attached with box photo) the serving woman came to be close and said to me suddenly. "Why do you pick up the ham and cheese with one picker" wrinkling on her face. I didn't reply her, just only nodding. I didn't find out another cheese picker inside same box beforehand. I think we could pick up ham and cheese inside same box with one picker unintentionally. Even if I made a small mistake as a guest , the picking each of the ham picker and cheese picker inside one box was so important? Should she have pointed out the my picker, with gesture ignoring the guest? Indeed, I wanted to yell at her, but I kept to be very patient for the other guest, and she asked for my room number, But I noticed she didn't ask for room number to the other western guest. I felt I was disregarded by a serving woman at a dinnig room. I thought the breakfast food was not so bad. However the atmosphere of morning dinning room was not warmed and not kind for us, Asian tourists. She looked like with arrogant gesture, who disgraced Asian guest especially in my view. I never forget the unpleasant feelings during my staying at Berkerly hotel in Dubrovnik.

늦게 두브로브니크에 도착해서 잠만자기위해 예약한곳 주차장이있어서 여기를 선택했었는데 딱 그만큼 괜찮았습니다.

버스터미널에서 가깝고 호텔앞에서 1b,3번이 올드타운가요. 24시간 교통권끊으셔서 두루두루 다니기좋아요. 올드타운쪽으로 두정거장 정도가면 맛있는 레스토랑도있구요. 도보3분거리에 슈퍼도 있어요.단,방에 거미줄도있고 시설은 좋은데 청결이 별로더라구요. 조식은 주문하면 바로만들어주는식이고 요거트,과일은 뷔페식인데 전 별로더라구요.

친절한 직원. 최신 시설. 버스 타고 구 시가지로 바로 이동가능한 점은 매우 훌륭하지만...☞☜ 너~~~무 춥습니다. 그리고 4층 이하라면 오션뷰는 포기하시는 게 좋습니다.

We really enjoyed our seven night stay at the Berkeley Hotel from the moment we arrived. On arrival we were greeted by Elma who booked us in and gave us a warm welcome before recommending somewhere to eat nearby as we had arrived quite late. The room was a very good size with a large clean bed, a small balcony with table and two chairs and a well laid out bathroom with walk in shower. We received two small complimentary bottles of wine on arrival and put them in the rooms good sized refrigerator. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent with a good choice of food including cereals, yoghurts, fruit, cheese, meat and bread as well as hot food including sausage, eggs and bacon. The breakfast staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, Lidija deserving special mention for remembering what drinks we liked and even what size cups/mugs we liked them in. The hotel is located around 40 minutes steady walk from the Old Town but is on the route of No.3 and No.8 local busses (a €2.50 ride each way) and was a short walk from a supermarket where you could buy snacks and alcoholic beverages for your room at good prices. On our last day we were not due to be picked up for the airport until 17:45 so the evening before Elma spoke to her manager (Maria I think) and organised for us to use the room for the full day, she really did go above and beyond. I would highly recommend The Berkeley Hotel for your visit to Dubrovnik, we found it met all our needs and more.

Maria and Elma were very professional. We were able to stow our luggage for several hours while we went out for more sightseeing while waiting for our ride to the airport. Breakfast was included and was very good with Mediterranean salads, cold cuts, cheeses and desert cakes. Nice rooms. No microwave though. Some distance from the City walls. Used Dubrovnik pass which afforded us free bus rides and entrance to city wall museums. Dubrovnik pass for 24 hours was worth it. One downside - the hotel is uphill and we had to navigate alley steps to get to the hotel and we had heavy luggages up the steps. It was torture for us. Winter would have been terrible as Dubrovnik is hilly and it could be slippery.

Everything was great. People were super friendly. Only complaint I had was they had air turned off n heat turned on for Winter season. I had to sleep with balcony door open to cool room down some. Otherwise, the location was great. Would recommend!

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. It's located only 3 mins from a bus station.

Sweet staff , very personable. Breakfast was wonderful, servers even remembered I liked coffee every morning. Front desk was great also. Clean and nice style hotel.

Começando pelos funcionários, não passei por um hotel que tivesse uma equipe tão atenciosa e principalmente simpática como a equipe do Hotel Berkeley, impressionate como são atenciosos e muuuiiiito simpáticos, aliás, acho que isso é uma característica do povo croata, não sei se especificamente de Dubrovnik porque não conheço outra cidade do país. O café da manhã muito bom, so não foi perfeito pra mim porque faltou um suco natural .

Personnel au top et accomondant. Parle un anglais parfait. Chambre confortable et petit déj nickel. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Par contre, éloigné du centre historique (prendre bus ou marche 40 minutes)

Very welcoming staff great service excellent. Convenient location. Will come here again for longer stay next time
