부간빌레아 스플릿 아파트먼트

리바거리에 인접한 안락한 아파트. 넓고 깔끔한 실내환경에 만족했어요. 친절하고 아름다운 주인 로라에게서 흐바르섬이나 기타 정보도 제공받았고 무엇보다 디오클레티안궁전에서 가까워서 머므르는동안 두번 다녀왔어요. 어느곳보다도 편안하고 집같은 분위기가 장점.

위치도 번화가와 가까워서 좋았고, 주인분도 정말 친절했고 아파트도 깨끗하고 따뜻해서 좋았다. 와이파이도 그 어떤 호텔보다도 빨랐고 모든면에서 최고의 숙소였다. 다시 오게 된다면 이 곳에서 또 묵을 것이다.

I stayed two nights and it was a fantastic stay. We are warmly welcomed by Laura and Paul. They are really kind, and helpful. Location, facility, cleaness...Everything is just perfect. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone if you'd like to have unforgettable memory in Split like me.

My wife and I had stayed here for 2 nights, and our overall experience at the house was good. The house was actually too big for two of us. There are one double size bed, a big couch, and a futon bed, so 4 people can easily stay at the apartment. Without expecting the house to be quite big, my wife and I were actually surprised (in a good way) The nearby area is just a residential area, so there isn't much around the house. However, if you walk out 5 minutes, there are a lot of restaurants. Laura (the landlord) was very kind. The stay was nice and comfortable overall.

There was no card payment in the accommodation. Only cash and also allowed PayPal but since PayPal barged service fee from them I had to pay extra money because of that. Alo there is additional cleaning fee 50€ and it is actually written but when I booked it wasn’t so clearly visible. Also the constriction work in the street starts early in the morning and around 6 in the morning there is construction noise in the bedroom

THIS WAS THE BEST APARTMENT IN CROATIA. -Available : laundry machine, lots of cooking equipments, strong AC, and very beautiful room interior designs. Man… I wish my room was looking like this…the room was so beautiful. - others: no elevators but it’s just ca few floors up so no worries

Nem sempre a água do chuveiro era quente. Foi difícil achar o endereço no início e o apartamento tinha muitas escadas para nós idosos.

Our stay didn't happen! After several pleasant conversations with the owner prior to our stay...... I got a text when I arrived in Amsterdam on our way to Split, I was told that my unit was not available. Laura texted me on WhatsApp that "I need to inform you that you have been relocated to another apartment unfortunately the one you booked is not available" When I called her from the airport in Amsterdam, I found out that the other unit was not equivalent to what I had booked, and I explained that it was unacceptable for our needs based on the number of people we had...she said there was nothing she could do and offered me a free breakfast..... I didn't want a free breakfast I wanted the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms I had paid for. She also said to me on the phone that she had to leave and was in a hurry..... So, I had to find new accommodations that cost me twice as much because we are a family of 5 and needed two hotel rooms. In all fairness, I demanded a full refund and I got it. However, the stress of finding out your apartment is not available when you are en route and you have to find last minute accommodations that were twice the expense, is unacceptable.

This was a great spot right in Old Town Split beautiful apartment, amazing help with logistics and recommendations from Laura and the family owners. Fantastic experience!

The appartment location is perfect, in the old Town City center. Split is a wonderfull city!

This property is excellent but I would make one recommendation which is to have an active address on google maps. 3 other properties have either the same name or similar names and they have an active google map address unlike this property. It took me over an hour to find and with a large suitcase was not fun. Other than that i enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and modern. Nicely setup with kitchen for a couple to make meals and have some extra space. Excellent location close to attractions and bus/ train/ ferry. Host was vey fast at responding to questions and made check-in super smooth. Highly recommend!

Even i had a problem with the reservation they everthing to relocate me. They are so nice and so helpfully.

Apartment was ok but lots of street noise and no air con upstairs so hot at night.

Like most buildings in the Split old town area, the outside was not great and the main hall & stair need a good cleaning. However, once inside the room, everything was fresh, updated, and sparkling clean. I rented the small room without any outdoor spaces or eating area. For one night, that was all I needed. There was a nice big refrigerator, a very comfortable bed with optional extra blankets and a desk area. The caretaker was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is only about a block and a half away from the palace walls, so walking to the tourist area was easy. I'd stay here again.
