건물 자체는 오래되었지만, 터미널과 가깝고 얼마전에 리모델링 한 곳이라서 깔끔, 쾌적, 상큼, 말끔, 섹시하네요. 주변에 리예카 간다고 하면 적극 추천하고 싶습니다. 매니져가 친절하게 응대 해서 좋았어요~

Freundliches und Hilfsbereites Personal. Saubere Räumlichkeiten und an sehr zentraler Lage.

We received no instructions before we arrived. Since there was no person at the apartment or any kind of reception, we were stuck outside the building trying to look up a number to call someone. Once we got the information it was confusing and frustrating. The description on Hotels.com says there is an in room washer and dryer and there isn’t. There is a communal one down the hall. The check-out time on Hotels.com says 10:30am but the paper inside the apartment says 10:00am.

Everything was great

Check in was a disaster! Cumbersome and not flexible. I asked for the procedures for the night before while on wifi because I did not have data on but they would not cooperate. They told me to go to the bus station to get wifi. The bus station would not share the wifi password so I had to turn my data on. Other that that fiasco it was a nice place

The staff here was amazing and the room itself was super nice!

Lady our taxi driver called was rude and hung up on wife. Left us on street in a strange city and strange country. Wouldn’t let us in because didn’t get our passport so didn’t know who we were. ????? .

The place is modern and comfortable. But you do have to climb up to 4th or 5th floor.

Property was in an interesting building that was under construction. The room though was nicely remodeled. Bathroom was super nice and comfy space.

We were here for 2 nights. The room was really clean and cosy. Thank you everything.

Very nice apartment, very clean, good facilities and close to everything. Owner was very helpful with getting into the building and providing codes. Would recommend

Tres bel appartement et bien équipé à Rijeka et très bien localisé. L’immeuble était en rénovation mais a un potentiel architectural incroyable.

Great location and Silva was a great host. She responded to inquiries and suggestions immediately. She also came over to show me how the washing machine worked. The condo it self is new and nice. The building is being repaired and there’s trash at the entrance making it seem dirty. Once inside you will be comfortable. It’s a tight space for a couple, but should be ample for one traveler.

Very comfort room with great interior. Everything was nice and nothing was missing. I would recommend to everyone! Dexule name is a good description :)

This apartment is SUPER convenient to the bus station and the Korzo. There is a nearby Tisak and Konzum for quick needs. The apartment has everything you need to whip up a meal and the bed is PERFECT! I arrived late in the evening and had a (blonde) moment trying to enter the building but a phone call fixed that in 2 seconds flat. I needed to change my plans and they worked with me to make that happen. Such nice folks! This apartment has ample space for 1 (and likely 2 but I was traveling solo so I can only speak to this) and every thing you might need for your stay. I WILL stay again on my next trip! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 😎

One of the best places I've ever stayed – flat out. I would more than happily stay here again as it exceeded my expectations. The apartment was very... VERY well equipped. This includes the kitchen and etc. The bathroom even had cotton buds and pads which was lovely. And unlike most places with a kitchen, this one had a bit of oil and vinegar which is fantastic.

Beautifully redone apartment in an older building. Other than the part that has been re-done into new apartments the building is old and not well lit at night. The entry is difficult to find on a not great looking street. Once on the 3rd floor in the apartment it is delightful....getting there is less than desirable. Part of the issue is Rijeka itself isn't great so congratulations to the owner for working to restore this old building...one floor at a a time.

My sister and I stayed there for four nights. Very clean, small room in an old building directly across from the bus terminal. Short 5 min walk from heaps of restaurants, shops and historical places. Check in was easy as the host sent through a code that day. Be aware that it is in a building undergoing construction, so can be noisy and smelly. Room was on third floor, and had to walk up very long circular staircase to get to it and the lights on timers often went out before you hit the next button. Other people walking up/down the stairs was also very noisy. There was one couple during our stay who appeared to let their suitcase hit every stair on the way down, which echoed throughout the building. Room would be great for a couple, as friends was a tad awkward for two friends as you can see clearly into the bathroom from all parts of the room. But overall, cute place in great location. Would stay there again.
