4년 전에 이어 다시 방문했습니다. 테라스에서 보이는 풍경도 좋았고 Dragan의 친절함도 좋았습니다. 이 모든 것이 4년 전과 같아서 행복한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.

버스터미널에서 환승해서 가면 됩니다. (구시가지에서 4번 버스 타면 됨) 찾는데 좀 애를 먹긴 했는데 (구글맵의 정확도 하락..) 최고의 숙소라고 생각합니다. 구시가지는 버스타고 10분정도 걸리지만 주인의 그 친절함과 멋진 마당 그리고 완벽했던 테라스를 생각하면.. 다만 계단은 각오하셔야해요. 많진 않지만..

Was on the bus route into town it had a couple of nearby mini markets ! Very quiet with a nice garden

Highly recommended!! Green apartments is set in a beautiful setting, easy access to public transport and Dragan was so helpful and welcoming. All your needs are met for a wonderful time in Dubrovnik. Quick bus ride to old town or sunset beach, which is stunning 😍 Will definitely be visiting again!

Very enjoyable and welcoming stay. I got transport from the airport as my flight got in later and one of the hosts ended up being my driver. This was very convenient and he was incredibly helpful and offered lots of great advice and recommendations for my first time in Dubrovnik. He also helped me book a tour of the Elafiti Islands on very short notice which I appreciated (and recommend). The apartment itself was gorgeous and comfortable inside. Plenty spacious for one person and could easily accommodate 2-3. Well furnished and a nice place to come back to at the end of a long day. Its location was about a 20 minute walk from the Old City but there was also a nearby bus stop that you could use to get there. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe in the area and Dubrovnik as a whole. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

while the property was in a safe neighborhood and we received assistance when we got there with our suitcases, there was no help to be found when we left and taking suitcases up the steep stairs could be a challenge even when you’re able bodied. Overall, the property was clean and the owners responsive, however the Jacuzzi was not appropriate for daily showers and there was no shower stall in the bathroom. In addition, it appears as though when you have a bath in the Jacuzzi it seem to have an ongoing slow leak. I would return to this property if I had a room with a shower and a assistance to take my suitcases up at the end of my stay.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Dragan was an amazing host, and arranged an airport transfer for a very reasonable price. When I arrived, the apartment was modern, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the air conditioning in the bedroom and living room were a welcome respite from the summer heat. The balcony has a great view and is a perfect breakfast spot to start the day. The apartment is well-located near a grocery store, some dining options and a two-minute walk from the bus stop where it’s a ten-minute ride or 30-minute walk to the old city. If I’m ever back in Dubrovnik, Green Park Apartments will be my first choice.

We loved this apartment, such a great location … near enough to the old town to walk but far enough away from the business of it all. 20 mins walk to lapad We had a great time, dragan and his mum were just lovely perfect!

I really enjoyed staying here. The place is located in a safe quiet neighborhood. The host was friendly, dedicated, determined, well mannered, and caring. The room was really clean and modern.

We had a really lovely stay in the apartment with a little balcony. Walkable to the Old Town & to Lapad so a great choice of eateries , lovely walks & beautiful beaches . Local bakeries & supermarket within walking distance.Towels changed regularly, apartment was spotless. Host & Cleaning lady were very pleasant & helpful.Definitely will recommend to family & friends . Thank you for our stay

Great location with easy access to restaurants, beaches, city walls. Apartment was perfect with lovely views. Dragan was very helpful too. Definitely recommended to get an alternative sense of Dubrovnik outside the city walls which is so different.

I liked the location because it was in a green area but had access to buses and taxis.

Lovely stay at the Green Park Apartments in Dubrovnik. The owner was extremely helpful providing us with a map and directions to local shops, transport links, walking routes and local trails plus beaches. He also booked us on the three island boat trip which was very enjoyable and great day out. We also visited Lokrum island which is beautiful and worth visiting. The lake there is a must for a swim and be sure to take a picnic with you. Our apartment was located on the ground floor with a separate bedroom and kitchen / dining area plus two bathrooms and perfectly adequate for our week long stay. We had private outdoor seating and dining area including access to a well looked after garden. Dubrovnik is well worth a visit and its history is very well presented and explained in the museums and on the walking tour we did ( free tour with free spirit). A walk into Lapad, where there are many restaurants and beaches, took approximately 15 mins and to the city walls 20 mins. The area is quite hilly however, the apartment is on the bus route to Lapad and beyond plus the other direction to the city walls. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The apartment is beautifully kept, spotless clean and in a great location. The host was very accommodating, giving us tips on the surrounding area. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommended the accommodation.

Very clean and spacious appartment (for 2) Nice view on the garden and ideally located from old town and Lapad. Both a 20minute walk away. Or by bus 4 or 6, the busstop is within 5min walk. A bakery around the corner and kind hosts. Would definatly recommend!
