신시가지에 위치하여 바닷가로 걸어서 갈수 있는 위치입니다. 주변에 많은 레스토랑이 위치하여 있고 여름밤에 정취를 만끽할수 있습니다.

레스트랑을 겸하기 때문에 아침 식사 좋음. 길거리에 있어 초저녁에 좀 시끄러우나 괜찮음. 새벽에 시작된 한마리의 낭랑한 새소리가 조금 지나면서 작은 새들이 참여한 거대한 합창이 됨.

비교적 괜찮았습니다. 바깥에서 올라오는 요리냄새가 귀찮더군요. 바다와 100m는 아닙니다. 휠씬 멀고 바다와 접해 있는 것은 아닙니다. 고쳐주세요.

Staff at front desk amazing. Enjoyed the location. Lots of restaurant options. Easy access to the bus to go to the old city.

The hotel was an older hotel and had the look of an older establishment. The breakfast area in the dining area was cramped and the menu was a bit disappointing, needed an upgrade. Price wise not great value.

It was a very nice stay overall, but it is very important to mention something that future guests should be aware of: you cannot arrive directly at the hotel by car. The hotel is located in the old town of Dubrovnik, inside the pedestrian-only area, which makes it impossible to drive up to the entrance. This means that if you are traveling with luggage, it can be quite challenging to reach the property. Parking near the old town is very limited, expensive, and not at all convenient. We had to leave our car at a parking area about 10–15 minutes away on foot, and then carry our bags through the narrow streets and stairs, which was definitely not easy, especially under the summer heat. That being said, once you arrive, the location is absolutely fantastic. You are right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by history, charming streets, lively cafés, and beautiful architecture. The staff was welcoming, the room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the atmosphere of staying inside the city walls is truly unique and memorable. If you are traveling light or without a car, the hotel is an excellent choice and offers a very special experience. However, if you are driving through Croatia, I would strongly recommend planning ahead for parking, bringing light luggage if possible, and being ready to walk. It may take some effort to get there, but once you settle in, you will find it absolutely worth it....Thanks a lot for your consideration.......Humberto and Pilar

Terrivelmente sujo. Nenhuma simpatia com o cliente. " Café da manhã " insuportável. Pão de 2 ou 3 dias atrás, Nao tem manteiga, só margarina, foi possível consumir apenas a melancia e o iogurte. Mesa / buffet dos itens quentes é uma sujeira só. Banheiro todo mofo e extremamente sujo. Quando utilizamos cubículo do banho, a água retornava pelo ralo do piso. Teto do banheiro sem pintura. Sacada com piso e esquadrias totalmente imundos. Carpete imundo. Lençol não era do tamanho correto do colchão. Nunca tem ninguem na recepção para lhe atender. Fornecem apenas um copo no quarto. O pequeno elevador sempre muito sujo. Sensação que não existe um gerenciamento ou um dono pois nenhum item estava em uma condição de razoabilidade. Estacionamento que custa 20 Euros por dia, tem que andar uns 8 minutos e para acessar tem que se utilizar de um único cartão de acesso ou seja, um tem que ficar no carro e o outro tem que buscar o cartão, nunca vi isso em minha vida. Observem a condição do controle remoto ! É só uma amostra do todo. Gostaria de sugerir ao Hotéis.com que façam uma inspeção in loco.

Lovely quaint hotel right on Main Street about 2 blocks from the beach. Parking lot is nearby (costs extra). Our room had a big balcony. A/C was sufficient. The shower was really small and water kept going cold/hot. I hated that we had one key and you needed to use the key to lock the door even from the inside. It kept getting stuck and I struggled every morning to get out. Breakfast very good.

Good location, easy walking to dining options and the beach. Bed very comfortable.

Breakfast had enough options and was nice, location very practical. Nothing really fancy, but decent and functional. We had a pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel was excellent! Settled on a “walking only” street along side an endless amount of restaurants, ice cream shops, play ground, arcades and stores for shopping!
