올드 시티 로맨틱 스튜디오

요리재료부터 우산까지 호스트가 신경쓴 것이 보이는 아파트였습니다. 최고의 아파트였고 시설로만 보면 완벽했습니당. 시내와는 가깝지만 메인버스터미널까지 거리가 20분정도 있어서 오고갈때는 힘들었습니다.

inspite of us booking last minute, the communication was excelent, extremely supportive and very nice. the appartement is very lovely and has everything one can ask for.

Very sweet studio, right in city center. The owner was super-nice and friendly, she let us even use her personal parking space with no extra cost.

Lovely apartment located right in the old town, walkable to everywhere in the city. Our flight was delayed so when we arrived very late, our host had very thoughtfully provided great directions and instructions and left milk in the fridge, fruit, wine, sweets and a list of recommended restaurants, bars and day trips. Apartment was comfortable, great shower, air conditioning and Netflix on the tv. Great bakery and restaurant less than a minute away. Few minutes walk to Pula market and local buses to beaches etc. approx 12 min walk to Pula arena and 18 min for buses to Rovinj, Trieste, Venice etc.Great base to explore Istria

The studios were in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Loved all the little extras, fruit, bottle of wine. Very accomodating too, we were able to leave our luggage there once we had checked out. Very easy stay. Many thanks.

This room was conveniently located in the city, and was in good enough condition. Some kind of scented cleaner was used on the pillows that was such a strong smell it gave me and my wife headaches. The keys to access the room couldn't have been more frustrating. And the owner who sent very kind messages sent me the door code in the middle of the day we were set to arrive. By that time I had no wi-fi to pick up the message and had to grab a hot spot, which luckily I did. Everything considered, it was decent.

Lovely room but difficult to find

My wife and I spent just over a week here in Pula . The apartment (Blue ) was excellent for us . A well situated apartment , 200m from a number of excellent restaurants , 20 metres from a great bakery and the main shopping street. It has everything you need for a stay here , a comfortable bed , Kitchen with fridge , TV , shower , Air conditioning , towels , kettle , utensils, and a ironing board. On top of this , the owner , Ines is immensely helpful , she arranged transport to and from the airport and gave us advice regarding places to visit and to eat. She really goes above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay in Pula .

Very good central location in old city part of Pula, but anyway calm area ( no cars on the street outside). Close to all nice restaurants and view points. Clean and fresh apartment. Excellent service from the owner Ines. One example: Our flight to Pula was delayed late in evening, but Ines gave us very good info via WhatsApp and when we finally arrived to apartment she have put cold beer in cooler and nice red wine on table as welcome gift. Excellent service whole week. We very much recommend this place to stay.

Pulita ordinata e comoda. In pieno centro, posteggio provato gratuito. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponobile

Erg leuke plek midden in de stad. Gezellig ingerichte, ruime studio van alle gemakken voorzien. Vriendelijke gastvrouw! Super verblijf gehad

Huone sijaitsee korttelin päässä vilkkaimmasta kävelykadusta, mutta kuitenkin hyvin rauhallisen kadun varrella (ei läpiajoa autoilla). Parempaa sijaintia Pulan kaupunkiloman majapaikalle voi olla vaikea löytää. Samassa osoitteessa on yhteensä neljä huonetta, joista kaksi on kadun ja kaksi sisäpihan puolella. Huoneessa oli paljon kivoja yksityiskohtia kuten valmiiksi rantapyyhkeillä varustettu kassi, sateenvarjo (ei tarvittu!) ja tavallista paremmat tervetuliaisherkut. Keittonurkkauksen varusteina oli liesi, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin ja leivänpaahdin. Oman aamupalapöydän antimet oli kätevä hankkia lähistön pienistä ruokakaupoista. Leipomokin löytyi ihan kulman takaa. Sisustus oli tyylikäs, vaikka olikin kotoisin lähinnä Ikeasta. Huoneen ilmastointi toimi moitteetta. Telkkari ja Netflix löytyivät myös, mutta Pulassa riittää muutakin katseltavaa! Maksuton wi-fi kuuluu niin ikään varustukseen, tosin oman kännykän 4G kuului myös hyvin. Negatiivisena asiana voi mainita huoneen ja käytävän välisen oven huonon äänieristyksen. Tästä oli tosin haittaa vain yhtenä yönä kun naapurihuoneen britit eivät oikein osanneet olla hiljaa. He hiljenivät kuitenkin parin, hyvin valitun, suomalaisen sanan avulla :-) Kohteen ehdottomana plussana pitää mainita muissakin arvosteluissa mainittu paikan emäntä, eli Ines. Hän palveli sujuvasti ja ystävällisesti mm. WhatsAppin kautta ennen saapumista ja majoittumisen aikana. Tässä osoitteessa majoittuisin mielelläni uudestaankin!

Central located but very quiet and cool. Helpful host.

Excellent stay at old city studios. Ines, the host, was extremely helpful and welcoming. She provided some great tips for places to visit whilst on our short stay. The room looked brand new and was very clean. It had decent Aircon and the little touches made it a perfect mini-suite. The hotel/apartment is a bit difficult to find and from the outside it is nothing special. Make sure you use Google maps and enter the whole street address. (There is another old romantic studios on the other side of town!). Once you have found the street, look for a number 6 on the wall (the door also has a number 8 on it) then use WhatsApp or text to contact Ines. if you have you contact details registered on Expedia, then she likely would have contacted you by this stage. We used Uber to get from the airport and it was only 80 Kuna. Overall a very cool little studio, in an excellent city centre location. Would certainly stay again, even if it had doubled in price!

Ines was an amazing host with lots of tips as to where to eat and visit. Beautiful apartment. Can not fault anything

What a lovely place. Better be are that stairs are your thing! The location was wonderful, the bed was decadently comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better.

Svårt att hitta, men väl där var det ett fantastiskt fint rum och en supertrevlig värdinna.

The host-Innes was delightful. Lovely rooms in a brilliant location, would stay there if visiting Pula again.
