메인 광장이랑 매우매우 가까움. 가까워서 좋으나 밤에 조금 시끄럽다. 숙소로 들어오면 시끄럽지 않으나 숙소로 들어가는 길이 시끄럽다.

Terribly rude staff. They came into my room to kick me out when I was 20 minutes past check out time and had asked for late check out. They didn’t help me with my bag after harassing me into leaving down 4 flights of stairs. This is after they tried to enter my room 30 minutes before check out.

Room was difficult to find after hours as the name listed on Expedia did not match sign at hotel. Once we figured out what room we were in it was a lovely hotel!

Fabulous room right in the heart of Split. Room was very clean and instructions to enter properly was given in easy video photos. Definitely stay there again.

Everything was good but not having elevator and have to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor was not easy

It was beautiful and room in the old town. Simple accessible when arriving at the plaza main entrance parking lot. Then enter the property by the undergrown market. I easily found the second access to the waterfront plaza with very few stairs for the remaining stay. Even the staircases to the room were the roomiest. The property looked brand new and spotless. The door code is a bit complicated so I thought the owner could just provide the procedure images via WhatsApp would be sufficient (the video instruction would burn my cell-data that should not require). At the time I stay Oct 2023, only written instructions were provided. We spent a few minutes to figure out with the mentality that we were in the foreign county that confusion would happen. A next-door visitor arrived about 1 hr. after us. She spoke loudly and angrily on the phone to the owner because she could not figure it out. We came out to help her. Room was decorative with excellent spot lighting. USB ports were available, which was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable and met the king size dimension. The refrigerator was the smallest in size, but it was the noisiest that I have ever seen. I stayed in three other apartments/studio during this trip. No other fridges made a loud noise at all. Smart TV was not available. Local channels were limited. Grading 4/5.

The place was right in the best area for sites in Diocletion's Palace.

The property was excellent - conveniently located on a quiet alley right in the middle of the Diocletian's palace. We enjoyed the balcony and our room was great. My communication with Daniela was also excellent - she was very helpful with all aspects of our trip. My only complaint is that the room was not cleaned at all while we were there. In particular we would have liked to have had clean coffee cups and replacements for the coffee each day and despite asking for it this was not provided.

立地は抜群、その割に夜は静かだったが、上の階で歩く足音が夜中気になった。サービスにhousekeepingとあるのに翌日に実施されなかった。連絡するとリクエストがないとしないと言われ、タオルとトイレットペーパーだけでもすぐに持ってくるように頼んでも翌日（３日目）の朝に清掃員が持っていくの一点張り。３日目も要求されたタオルとトイレットペーパーの補充とベッドメイキングだけで、コーヒーなどの補充もなく、言われたことしかしない上に、バルコニーには吸ったタバコの吸い殻が捨てられていて、最悪のサービスでおおいにガッカリでした。

This is a bit odd in that there were no personnel on site. Checkin is handled via email. But they have a phone number to call with issues, and the 1 time I called, my call was promptly answered and the issue dealt with. Excellent location in Diocletian's palace, just steps from the main courtyard. Very clean

Overall a great apartment. Amazing location once you get oriented. Very quiet despite being right near a particularly busy part of the palace. Only issue I ran into was with the people above me on one of the nights -- someone was walking around and moving things upstairs from about midnight to 4AM and it was all very audible through the ceiling. That can happen anywhere but the floors/ceilings are on the thin side, just FYI.

Great property in an even greater location. Within 10 feet from our door we were in the thick of old town touristville which can be noisy at time BUT the room has almost soundproof windows so even the Bells didn’t wake us. Could have done with a little more towel and coffee service but apart from that it was a great room with good facilities.

Hotel was in a great spot right in the middle of old town. Easy access to the main square and also the water. Very clean and well decorated. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The airline lost our bag and the staff was kind enough to call and speak in Croatian to get it back to us.

Location is perfect. The room is very nicely decorated and the terrace is very good. Unfortunately the toilet was not clean at all. It seems that the person that “cleaned “ the bathroom put a printed toilet seat band without actually cleaning it. There is no one in the reception to help you out. TV doesn’t work

Great little B&B in the heart of Split. Excellent location immediately off of the main piazza. You are literally in the best part of the city. Great ambiance in the room. New and super clean. Forgot to leave key which YOU MUST leave even though we are use to taking the plastic keys and disposing. There is a fee for this. But overall a great place.

Great location to experience the old town. The room was very nice. The staff was very helpful.

Great location in central Split, apartment was modern and clean and the hosts were clear in instructions and very responsive to any queries. Highly recommended place to stay

Beautiful rooms, within a fantastic location just off the main square of the palace. The check in procedure was easy. All amenities were provided. The room was clean and tidy, well presented, and we used the terrace everyday to relax with a drink in the sun. Highly recommended.
