Our room was located just off a main square in the old town. It was clean and well furnished. The bathroom came was large included a washing machine and drying rack! Upon arrival We discovered an electrical issue which was quickly resolved by our host. The temperature was in the low 80’s F/ 22 C so we really appreciated the air conditioning.

the studio apartment was nicely renovated but not big. the building itself is in the old town and is itself very worn down. all is fine though once in the apartment itself. well located for sightseeing in the old town but noisy garage pick up happens in the middle of the night

Ante our host was very responsive to messages and easy to get a hold of, he sent easy to follow instructions prior to check-in. The property is located close to walk to Mai. Destinations of interest and not far from port, bus station and taxi service nearby for airport transport

Pyrotima Apartments is an old building, just like all buildings in Old Town.
The apartments, however, are furnished with modern bathroom and kitchen, TV, AC, wifi, and other modern comfort things. The location is very convenient to all the dinning, museums and shopping area.
Our host Ante is simply the best.
Very enjoyable stay in Old Town Zadar.

Beautiful, clean modern apartment in the heart of the old town in Zadar, a 2min walk from Narodni Trg. We loved the two double rooms and the fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ante,our host was extremely helpful and communicative. I only wish we had a longer stay! Would highly recommend.

In a quiet street, ensuring a good night sleep.
Room had great facilities, moderm bathroom, fridge, even a small table & washing machine.
Check-in was super easy and well explained with a short video. Ante was easy to contact via WhatsApp.

The apartment is really beautiful located in zadars old town. You have plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. During the night it can be a little louder, because of the nightlife. The hallway is a little bit scary, but all in all i felt very safe. If you are looking for a nice, cosy and clean apartment in the old town of zadar, I can totally recommend Pyrotima Apartments

The location of the apartment is great, it is a new place, nicely remodeled, feels like new. However, finding the place is tricky, the apartment sits on a floor of an old dilapidated building, you need to pass through an old gate, then up the steps to the first floor and there is a very small plaque in the door. Once you make it all is good, communication with the host is fast and easy. I would definitely stay here again, it was a more authentic experience (compared to a regular hotel)
