Great hosts proximity to everything you need amazing breakfast

We made a last-minute booking for one night in Split with a baby. The hosts were so accommodating and everything was lovely.

Had the best time in this villa, had everything you needed in the room, grocery store was only 100m away, public transport was accessible, hosts was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure you had a good experience. Highly recommended.

Petite chambre tres bien équipée (frigo, bouilloire et clim.) Tb wifi. Parking devant la maison, top pour garer les motos. A 25 minutes à pieds de la vieille ville. Très bon petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.

Réservation pour deux nuits. Séjour correct. Le chambre est spacieuse. A disposition un petit frigo mais pas de bouilloire, dommage... Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui nous a même proposé de descendre nos valises. Une seule place de parking devant l'établissement, sinon c'est au bord de la route. Mais par simple contact avec l'établissement, cette place nous a été réservée. Bon emplacement de l'établissement vis à vis du centre historique et du port (20 minutes à pieds). Endroit calme.

Good location as theres a bus stop and supermarket close by. Its 3 stops to the city centre. Staff are friendly.

The location is quite far from the port: approximately 2 km. The host is polite. The room is clean, spacious but it is located in the basement and has only a small window. The free WiFi is good. The breakfast area is on a nice terrace.

The owners were very rude. I was going to give a good review, even though we had some problems at first (breakfast was very poor, the toilet seat would not stay in position, inside the shower was the water heater, there was no one at the reception desk, only early in the morning and many many more). The worst thing happened as we were leaving. We weren't told that we had to pay in cash and we didn't have any. For 1 hour and a half my husband wondered around looking for an ATM machine to get cash. I told them to charge my credit card through the website and the refused and the lady told me (with the few English words that she knew) that it was my problem, not hers. They even refused that if we canceled the reservation, they would charge my credit card, even after I showed them the website that said it clearly. They simply didn't want to help us at all. They just sat there, staring at us, waiting for us to come up with a solution. Eventually we did, but we should we? It was the day that we were leaving Croatia, we had a very long day ahead of us, why should we exhaust ourselves over someone who does not care about their customers? I repeat, my husband was wondering around for 1 and a half hour guys. They could have told us earlier but they didn't. Way too expensive accommodation for what they are offering and very rude owners.

Great location to sleepover before catching a ferry from Split. Bathroom shower was a handheld one.

This is an overpriced and very basic property. The apartment has no windows, no kettle, no cutlery, etc. The hot water runs outs in 5 minutes as it is connected to this outdated hot water system. We were a family of four, we could not have showers in the morning! it is about 20 minutes walk to restaurants and 30 minutes to the beach. Although there is a bus stop in front to the property if you rather catch the bus. The owners/managers do not speak much English so they are not much help when asking for directions. I would say if you are really dying to go to Slit, you would be better in one of the small towns close by.

It wasn’t the most pleasant stay but if you are just looking for place to sleep it’s not bad.

Not very close to any area good for exploring on foot, no linen changes (with 1 week stay), bare minimum provisions (linens, soap, hangers). Parking available but tight, on sidewalk, 1 spot in driveway but gets blocked

It was a nice big place with a living room, bed room and bath, and a terrace.
