빌라 코날리츠

구도심에서 1A/1B 버스로 15분 정도 거리로 조용한 주택가에 있음. 주인은 상주하지 않고, 큰 개 두 마리가 지키는데, 온순하고 훈련이 잘 되어있음. 샤워부스의 물이 잘 안빠지고, 세제가 제대로 구비되어 있지 않았음. 전기포트가 있어 물을 끓여 먹을 수 있음.

Was goed bed. Alleen kleine kamer met geen tafel.

The room was very adequate for a quick stay. Cool, quiet and comfy bed. Appreciated the small fridge and kettle. The best find was the Bistro a quick walk down the road with a beautiful view.

Dass es kein "Housekeeping" gibt, war sehr klein ganz am Ende der Zimmerbeschreibung auf deren Website zu lesen. Expedia hau fad schlicht weggelassen. Auf Nachfrage hab es am dritten Tag frische Hand- und Duschtücher. Die Seite mit den Tipps hast den Notfall-Wegeplan übedeckt. Das Haus unter den Zimmern und die Zimmervermietung gehören NICHT zusammen. Der Vermieterin setzt ihre Tochter zur Konfliktlösung ein.

Great for short stay! Host was generally responsive to WhatsApp messages and quite helpful. It is very near to the bus stop Rozat, from which you can take a direct bus for 20-30 mins to Pile Gate or to Gruz port. There is a small supermarket nearby but otherwise it’s somewhere on a hill with a little lake nearby, so quite secluded with no nearby food options. But for the price, cleanliness, spaciousness and proximity to town, I highly recommend this place. Additionally, they offer a 35 euro airport one way transfer, which is still cheaper than booking a Bolt or Uber (I checked). Overall would definitely stay again! Only feedback is…. Soap could use a refill.

Good facilities perfect for a short stay if you’re travelling around. Close to central Dubrovnik, easily accessible by taxi/bus.

Clean, spacious and everything worked.

Proprio agréable, chambre a une place solo comme sur les photos, pratique pour court séjour. Petite remarque aux personnelles, faite moins de bruit le matin pendant le nettoyage des chalbres, ça evite un réveille stressant en plein vacance.

Check in was not very good, we had to call and be told which room it was, no one was there to meet us except a dog. The rest of the stay was great, lovely location, nice comfortable room. Parking was good.

Søtt sted litt utenfor byen, 5min unna busstasjon. Hyggelig husvert med søt hund. Ble lovet tekjøkken, men dette tekjøkkenet er et minikjøleskap og vannkoker. Bestikk og kopper var skitne når vi kom. Ellers grei renslighet, men obs til alle; vi ble bedt om å betale ganske mye utenom pga solkremflekker på sengetøyet. Anbefaler å dusje før leggetid eller ta med eget laken... ellers veldig fint opphold, men tror ikke vi ville valgt akkurat dette stedet igjen. Rolig område, men bråkete gjester og veldig lytt ifra gangen.

Stedet ligger 5 min å gå fra butikk. Det er god bussforbindelse til Dubrovnik og gratis parkeringsplass til biler. Vi fikk ikke kontakt med verten og måtte vente på henne, da hun ikke var hjemme da vi kom. Vi prøvde å kontakte henne før vi ankom, men telefonnummeret var feil. Dette bør rettes opp! Vi var der i 4 netter. De to siste nettene var det mye høy snakking fra etasjen over. Både etter kl 24.00, og vi våknet igjen på natten av støy. (Mulig det var andre feriegjester.) Verten så vi kun ved innsjekking. Dette er ikke et sted vil besøke flere ganger.

Property was in a good, convenient position for exploring Dubrovnik on the 1a and 1b bus routes (5 mins walk from property). I had contacted the property to check on check in times before arriving but they did not contact me despite hotels.com also contacting them and they advised they would. Fortunately the host was there when we turned up but this was a little disconcerting beforehand. The room had air conditioning and was clean on arrival. For a 4 night stay though I would have expected the kitchen bin to be emptied for us and the towels changed. We were asked on our second day but not after then. There was not adequate equipment in the kitchen to cook although we had 2 coffee machines ?!? For the price the propety was a good base for exploring Dubrovnik.

PLACE WAS QUIET,CLEAN,OWNERS LIVE ON PROPERTY,5 MIN FROM GRUZ. PARKING ACROSS THE STREET.EVERYTHING ELSE AVERAGE . SHORT STAY ITS FINE.
