The experience was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The experience in the spa was unforgettable, very relexing and calming. Except a bad odor in the bathroom that was resolved promptly after I informed them.

Tout était parfait ( chambre, bouffe et petit jeûner) Je suis déçu de la maladresse de la réceptionniste quant à ma demande pour le service de navette! Très dégoûtant de sa façon de parler qui me donne plus envie de séjourner à BNB hôtel! Que le service de navette n’était pas gratuit nulle part et d’ailleurs le véhicule est en panne! J’invite à qui de droit d’enlever le service de navette aéroportuaire gratuit si celui-ci n’est pas le cas comme la bonne demoiselle m’annonçait sur un ton glacial! Très bel accueil par le réceptionniste et très mauvais service par la réceptionniste!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le personnel est très accueillant, gentil et aux petits soins. C’était un plaisir de les avoir rencontrés. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Une salle de sport est également disponible elle est équipée du matériel minimum donc assez sympathique et pratique. Nous repartons avec pleins de souvenirs et de nombreux rires échangés 😊 Nous conseillons cet hôtel à 1000% Bien à vous

This was a terrible experience. I only spent one night at this hotel bc I had no other choice at 9pm. The next day I booked another hotel and left. I asked them for a refund and refused and o give me a refund. The initial room they gave was awful. They ended up giving me another room and that room and both bathrooms were clogged and flooded. In my several years of travel I have never experienced anything this bad. This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone. Just not what they advertised themselves to be.

My daughter’s birthday fell on January 10th while we were still at the hotel. The staff had a surprise deco and birthday cake for her… big enough for three of us, mom and dad included, to share. A very special moment!

Personnel réception, agents de service, service de sécurité très accueillants et professionnels. Chambre qui m'a été réservée très clean et confortable. Petit déjeuner excellent.

I like this hotel and have stayed a few times but there were a few annoyances this time around. The room had coffee but no kettle, there was also a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I paid for laundry service but did not receive my change before leaving the hotel and faced a lot of difficulty just explaining the situation. I joined a big event at the restaurant and won a prize from the spa. I was told to collect my prize at reception the next day. I did not receive my prize, the reception had no clue about the competition. Overall massive communication problems between staff, the restaurant and front desk at the hotel. Disappointing

Just for the record i stay until the 21 st of October 2023 and not 22 October 2023 the hotel is supposed to return my one night to the card i used

The hotel staffs are very professional while the restaurant staffs have unpleasant attitude. Price of food changes. The wifi is very slow. Waiting time for food is 2hours. I will recommend to eat outside. Food, service is sucks and food prices is unbelievable for an African country. They have a 5 start price restaurant when they are so unprofessional. If you are American or outside please make sure to know the money value, and understand it well.

Everyone was professional. The facility was clean and quiet. Great food options at the restaurant relating to the rich cultural of the country. Rooms were cleaned daily. RUNNING WATER availability was a plus. The security guys were very nice and helpful. I disliked not having a luggage cart. A tray to put food/plates on outside in the hall would be great.
