Il punto forte della struttura é Mario, che si adopera per risolvere i numerosi problemi riscontrati e risponde prontamente. La struttura é di per sé bella e le stanze sono ampie. Purtroppo la manutenzione sembra non essere all'altezza, il che la rende fatiscente (doghe del letto rotte, materasso e divano bucati, lettini e ombrelloni della piscina mezzi rotti, poca pulizia generale). La piscina é bella, ma abbiamo fatto il bagno pochi giorni perché a volte era poco trasparente e verdastra.

No towels or bath mat on arrival. Had to ask next day and they said 1/2 hour but weird for 2 hour and we had to buy towels. But got small threadbare towels from reception: Beds were hard as nails and pillows hard foam. Sheets and pillow slips discoloured and thin. Couldn’t sleep as back was so painful from hard bed. Cockroach and ants in kitchen, no tea towel, no plug in kitchen sink for washing up. Only 2 glasses and 3 cups. Cats everywhere crying for food.

The hotel itself was nice, appears to be a mixture of longterm lets and holiday stays. Shallow pool but good for swimming and essential in the Cyprus heat! The apartment was nice and spacious and the beds comfortable. There was plenty of free on site parking. Now the downside, there is no housekeeping during the stay, so you have to make your own beds and clean up after yourself. No bin in the kitchen, no oven tray, limited utensils etc. We had to do a shop for things you'd hope to be in a self catering apartment, like salt, pepper, bin bags, cleaning supplies. It's advertised as adult only, it's not. The air con in one bedroom wasn't working and it took 5 days to get fixed. No regularly manned reception desk, the manager (only staff member we saw) is in and out of his office in the day. Lots of wear and tear inside and outside. As long as you know what to expect, it's a good place to stay, best to drive rather than expect to walk places, although there are bus stops to get where you want to go about a km away.

Ne vous attendez pas à une propreté excellente. Nous avons tellement été déçu de la propreté que nous n'avons même pas osé profiter de la piscine. Par contre, C'est tres calme et reposant. La clim du logement est impeccable et heureusement vu la chaleur sur l'île. Le gérant à répondu présent pour les galères jusqu'à faire le ménagede l'appartement. Le logement est tres bien situé. Proche de tout.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. Only problems were trivial but there were a few of them. The kettle and Iron didn’t work and there was no hair drier as stated. Although we brought towels we didn’t think about dish towels and cloths. Bring these with you. Lastly, none of the taxi drivers knew the address. Finally a driver told us to ask to go to Chloraka Terrace and they would find that. All that said, I would recommend the complex and be happy to go back.

Horrible place, don't go!!!

I will definitely try to get this apertment when ever I visit the next time

The condition of the hotel was terrible moulding the whole place shower bedroom living room was mould than there was no breakfast including when I first booked in it was booked in with breakfast check in there was no one there they left under the mat no hot water to shower disgusting

Je suis parti après la première nuit sur 7. La réception était extrêmement désordonnée. Un mélange de concession auto, des serviettes partout. Le parking ressemblait à un garage automobile. Isolation de la chambre moyenne. Il faut appuyer sur un bouton pour avoir de l'eau chaude 2 heures avant de prendre la douche. Les photos ne montrent pas l'état actuel de l'établissement.

The property and space was okay. However, the room was extremely dirty. There were dead bugs in the kitchen and on the floor and it looked as though it had not been cleaned for some time.

This is a lovely place to stay, but it does need a bit of tlc. Apparently there are plans to do some work soon. The pool is a good size and only 1.2m deep so quite safe. Our Villa as ok, but there were a few problems: worst, no smoke alarms! The extractor in the kitchen didn’t work, the oven had no shelves or grill pan, there was no microwave or toaster, not enough crockery, cutlery or glasses. No coathangers in the bedrooms. All small but irritating things which could easily be fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go there again.

Mario, the property manager,was super helpful arranging towels, electrical plug and providing local information.The pool was very clean and only criticisms were common areas untidy, property needs paint job and new linen needed. Having said this, really quiet place and would stay again.

Terrible. Do not go to this place. Bed bugs!!!! We couldn't sleep, we stung all over. The lobby is a filthy room full of secular parts, it looks like a room in the garage, the place is neglected and we didn't stay there for 3 nights. The man in the lobby doesn't answer messages, you have to call him. They took money for towels!!!

Had to change apartments, some shown were dirty, manager was very nice but trying to do it all, cleaner did not know how to clean .

There was a musty smell when we arrived, but the apartment itself was spacious and had a little kitchenette and our own bedroom with the kids sleeping on the pullout in the main room. For the price we are beyond happy.

It was a lovely spaces apartments but the cleanliness was worst, wall paint a peeling on most of the room,curtains were torn and stain, cobwebs everywhere especially underneath the bed,bedsheets have marks and stains.Need a total of refurbishment.Needs new sofas and bed because the one in there was rip and leather was peeling off

Lovely stay, apartments are quite basic in style and decor but have everything you need for a pleasant stay. No cleaners over our short stay but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway. There are no towels in the room and the guy from reception charges 5 euro per large towel, he gives small hand towel for free. That was the only off putting thing. The apartments are in a quiet area and easy to get to. Sea isn’t too far away and if it states sea view then you’ll have it.

Wir hatten uns sehr auf die Unterkunft gefreut da sie vielversprechend aussah- leider wurden wir enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft ist extrem dreckig in jeder ecke, unter dem Sofa, das Badezimmer schimmlig, der Duschvorhang auch- die Utensilien wo vorhanden sind kleben auch- die Waschmaschine stinkt. Der Backofen sah aus wie nie geputzt… die liste kann weiter gehen… leider war es auch nicht möglich trotz beweisfotos Unseren Aufenthalt zu stornieren beziehungsweise Geld zurück zu bekommen da dies ja ausgeschlossen wurde, eine Frechheit! Die einzige Person die hilfreich war, war der nette Hausmeister!! Er gab sich sehr mühe!!
