올인클루시브여서 너무 편안한 숙박을 할 수 있었습니다. 밤 12시 넘어 도착했는데 웰컴드링크와 함께 정말 반갑게 맞아주셔서 피로가 다 풀리더라고요. 원하는 시시때때로 각종 음식과 음료를 마음껏 즐길 수 있어 좋았어요. 다만 매일매일 음식 종류가 거의 비슷하고 음식 맛은 최상이 아니어서 조금 아쉬웠지만 다양성은 매우 훌륭했습니다. 워터슬라이드가 다양해서 신나게 즐길 수 있었고 라이프가드들이 철저히 온듀티여서 편하게 맘껏 즐길 수 있었습니다. 대부분 스태프들은 충분히 친절했고요. 다만 전지역 와이파이 1일이용권을 구매해 사용했는데 방에서 신호가 너무 약해 거의 사용이 불가했어요. 시정이 필요할 것 같습니다.

Very good hotel stuff atmosphere and food

Das Essen (Frühstück, Mittag, Poolbuffet, Abend) war für uns sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Poolanlagenausstattung (innen sowie außen) waren auch recht gut bisauf das der innere Poolbereich eigentlich schon renoviert gehört.. Der direkte Meerzugang selbst geschieht über Stiegen da es dort sehr Riffartig/Klippenartig, etc. ist und einen direkten Sandstrandzugang vom Hotel aus per se gibt es nicht (dafür muss man etwas weiter gehen und selbst dann ist es eher kieselig --> lieber Schuhe mitnehmen). Wir sind keine Entertainment Entusiasten aber von dem was wir dort erlebt haben kann ich nur sagen recht gut bzw. sehr famillienfreudig, für Familien mit Kindern ist dort sehr gut gesorgt. Die Bar und Getränke sind auch relativ okay (zumindest schmeckt das Bier) Die Zimmer sind für so ein all incl. Urlaub okay und ausreichend. Zur Info der Zimmerservice selbst geschieht relativ langsam für jemanden der nicht unbedingt ins Zimmer geht wird dies nicht auffalend sein jedoch kann man schon von der Rezeption aus dies lenken, das hier schneller Handtücher nachkommen. Das Hotel liegt eher abgelegen und wenn man in die Stadt möchte gibt es 2 Möglichkeiten Bus oder Taxi (Achtung Fixpreis kein Taximeter). Im Hotel selbst hat man einige Shops (natürlich teurer als draußen) zum Einkaufen. Die Busanbindung ist okay dafür das man pro Person in eine Richtung 2€ zahlt. Das Personal ist stets nett und hilfsbereit, uns wäre keine Unhöflichkeit aufgefallen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut.

Really clean hotel and lovely staff , shout out to Ioanna she was so welcoming and kind she went out of her way to help us when the shop didn’t have what we needed so she bought it for us on her next shift . Thanks Ioanna you are a fabulous host . We were there for a wedding and it really was so amazing thanks to all the staff who made it so special,

A única coisa que tive problema foi com o ar-condicionado que não resfriava , ou seja , era quente dentro do quarto. E a solução foi um ventilador , que achei estritamente péssimo lidar com a situação. De resto, foi realmente muito bom em todas as outras áreas de atividades.

Absolutely fantastic in every very aspect. Super comfy beds and pillows, very clean, and the food is to die for. The alcoholic drinks are also good. Aziz prepared cocktail’s up to our liking and made recommendations. All staff working there are extremely kind and polite. Nothing is a problem. We truly felt welcome and taken good care of. We have departed from the hotel at 7pm for our flight. We were allowed to use hotel facilities (including diner) until our departure. There is a luggage room that you can store your bags and is kept locked. We were also provided with a room in order to shower and get ready before the departure at no extra cost. This was our anniversary weekend stay and we were offered fruit platter in our room, small wine and also specialty decorated table at the diner with a bottle of sparkling wine and amazing anniversary desert. The manager George has ensured we were well looked after-Thank you again! We will definitely return and will recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was nice but overall outdated, they cleaned your room and added eyes water and fruits everyday. I enjoyed the stay but there were couple things I did not like. The food and drinks when possible were softened/loosened with extra water. Swimming pool water was so cold, even the weather outside was nice the pool was 19C.

Staff really helpful and smile all the time

I loved the staff they were very helpful. There were vendors that offered different excursions. The excursions were great. They also had nightly entertainment that was family friendly.

Unless your a brit comming to get drunk just avoid. Hotel seems to just cater for them. Noisy untill Past midnight with loud music and drunk Shouting. Hotel run down and needs refurbishing and the food.. Well the whole night my doughter spent bent over the toilet after dinner can describe the food.

Food, drink and entertainment as expected. Service from staff 99.9% of them, fantastic.

Majority of hotel staff were helpful and pleasant, the Hotel Manager, Michael, was especially helpful, welcoming and pleasant. The hotel provides the necessities you would expect in an all inclusive. There is a need for many maintenance updates. I did have to get my mattress changed due to it being broken in the middle, but the staff were amazing and sorted this out within 10 minutes! Great response. Food, drink and entertainment is what you would expect of a 4 star hotel, although some food was really great. Location of hotel for access to the Airport and Waterpark is great, however it is a little out of the way from the harbour and other bars. Although Fiesta Bar is about 10/15 min walk and is a great bar for food, drink and sports. Hotel was great with accommodating the wedding we attended, effective, efficient and enjoyable. Would we stay there again, probably not for a week, as we have stayed in other hotels along that strip and have had more pleasant experiences, not to say this hotel is not worth staying at, just preference.

The staff is amazing! Always kind and ready to help! They were very helpful and they made our stay special! The hotel has a wonderful location and the quality of food is something to remark, too.

Excellent holiday a beautiful place with everything a family needs

The hotel was absolutely spotless with staff constantly cleaning in all areas. Grounds were well looked after with more staff each morning. Must give a special mention to the lifeguards, especially on the waterslides. I was travelling as a single parents with two daughters and felt very reassured that they were safe at all times. The hotel is a little further from Pahos harbour than I had anticipated - I would happily have walked it but my teen daughters not so keen! However the bus goes from right outside the hotel for €1.50. Definitely recommend for families

The property is wonderfully situated with lots of amenities, beachfront, etc. We enjoyed the wide selection of food and the room itself was updated. The facilities haven’t been updated in awhile, and we would’ve appreciated more room based amenities (lotion, more than one towel for the pool, etc.). Overall good value for money and appreciated the great service.
