Sehr freundlichen Personal, zimmer gross, hat alles was man braucht.

The details did not include 5€ per air conditioning unit payable on arrival. We needed 2 in the bedroom and 1 in the lounge as we needed it for sleeping. Agreed on 10€ per apartment with the lovely receptionist BUT one bedroom one was not working and the called engineer did not attend. It was 29 c, unbearable so my pregnant granddaughter and her partner slept in a single bed with A/C, and another family member got no sleep. The bed in the lounge was filthy, so badly stained but not noticed until the bed was stripped in the morning. No toiletries, no washing up liquid. Overall my opinion is calculate whether its worth it, we only needed a stopover for an early morning flight. Not recommended

Small apartment complex with pool, it is well situated in the beachy part of Paphos. Restaurants, historic sight and beach all an easy walk. Our appartment had everything we needed to cook our own breakfast and a small grocery store a block away to get supplies. Perfect low-key stay.

Forfærdelig seng der mangler topmadras, puder er flade og "dynen" er et lagen med et vattæppe uden aftageligt betræk og virkede ikke ren. Møg beskidt under og bag sengen og i køkkenskabene. Kold lejlighed og der mangler service i køkkenet. Sofaen er ikke til at holde ud at sidde i. Der er pænt på overfladen, men lejligheden er ikke rar at bo i. Udenfor er der pænt og rent og kort afstand til vandet.

Cheap cheerful accommodation in a quiet and safe location. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is very clean and has all the amenities you need for a budget holiday. It has a kitchen area with large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and plenty of cutlery with pots and pans. The only thing you have to be aware of is there is a charge of €5 per day if you want to use the air conditioning. Not a problem really, just factor it into you daily cost for the hotel room. It's still really cheap and good value. The location of the hotel is not in the Paphos town, but there is a bus stop nearby 5 minutes away on the main street that can take you into town. The bus stop is outside the 'Tea for two' restaurant across the street. If you want to walk it will take around 30 minutes following the main road. It's very flat with no hills. The beach is also nearby and you can enjoy a nice scenic walk along the coastal path into town, again about a 30 minute relaxing walk with plenty of benches to rest on if need to.

Well equiped and located close to shops and bus route to town centre. Shops and eatng places near by. In a quiet location.

The flat was confortable except for one point: It was located right by the swimming pool and some guests happened to be extremely noisy either early in the morning (before 8:00) or late at night (after 11pm) and this was very annoying during our stay

The 2 owners are great and helpfull. Nice swimmingpool and good / close location towards airport of Phapos

We used this place as a stop gap between checking out of our villa at 1000 and flights at 2300 so we had a place to stay, charge phones, fresehen up and use our last day to its fullest. Price was the main driver for staying here and it was pretty cheap with enough around to keep the kids entertained. Ample restaurants, shops and beach within walking distance which was really good. Cons- no smoke alarm in the apartment and some of the windows had bars on them so no escape through those in an emergency. Air-con comes at additional charge. Pros- customer services very helpful and kind. Cooking facilites, though dated served their purpose very well. Beds very clean and comfortable. Wifi was free and good.

The rooms were clean with everything equipped (they even provided an iron) :) welcoming staff and reception and plenty of cats around the area if you’re a cat person

No microwave, no coffee maker, not enough crockery, though these were all included in the description. No housekeeping visit for the whole week (though one was promised) so sheets and towels were not changed and we had to buy toilet paper. There was a €5 charge per day for aircon which was not in the description. The fridge was very old with spots of rust and noisy. Definitely not 4 star, only a 3 star max. If we had received everything (the basics) that was stated in the description it would have been much more comfortable. Good area for restaurants, walking distance to the sea front, from where its a nice walk to Paphos harbour

a few things were missing, e.g. baking paper or a leaf shape for the yard, unfortunately we couldn't cook properly..! otherwise we liked it there.. next time I ask you to book the price on account more precisely because of the apartments, if we have already booked beforehand, so that there is no discussion, Sara
